When I finally received a call back, Dr. Hosein spoke to me in a very rude and aggressive tone. He questioned who I was and stated that I was not a patient because he hadn't seen me in a year. I explained that I had been there about a year ago for my annual physical, but the interaction still felt dismissive and unprofessional. At no point was there any effort to review my records or handle the request professionally. I understand that offices have policies, but the way this was communicated was unacceptable. This experience left me feeling disrespected and unsupported. Needless to say, I will not be returning and would not recommend this doctor based on my experience.

When they finally did, they said my appointment was at 10: 00 am. So, the assistant lady made the mistake of putting on the wrong time, and told me that I had to reschedule my appointment when I took a day off from work to be there. Not only that. She was very rude, she closed the window at me, cursing, " I DON'T GIVE A F*CK. "... From that point on, I requested to speak to the doctor. He knew I was waiting for him for 1 hour. Guess what? He never came to talk to me. That's how they treat their patients there. The assistant told me he had to go to the hospital when I saw his shadow behind the window. I'll never go back there.

He does not "wing it " like most doctors who see Medicare patients. Also he does not pass you off to his staff, he sits with you and goes over all your bloodwork and test results and explains things, line by line. He is wonderful.

I always waited at least 1 hour ( sometimes an hour and half ) to actually see Dr Waskins even though I never seen more than 2 people waiting and no one in the rooms. I never felt like a patient , always had issues for simplistic refills and was put in a very dangerous position by Meagan with a med that had been prescribed to me for over 20 years , she stated she would NOT refill I would need to seek other assistance when I was literally having panic attacks with no meds. I truly believe they have "god complex's" and should not be practicing . I was also told I would not be seen by their office anymore when attempting to obtain an appointment so I am now again in a precarious position thanks to them, Every time I did need care due to tests results or issues I was deferred to other Dr's , always shuffling the actual care and responsibility to someone else, as far as I'm concerned they really only operate for the insurance angle , always tests tests even though I have blood work done by 3 different Dr's I was forced to pay for visits every 3 months and blood work even though I literally just had done with others , Insurance whores !

Today, my sister and I visited Dr. Vipin Gupta at his office at 5340 N Federal Hwy for a follow‑up…read moreappointment after her hospitalization at Delray Medical Center, where Dr. Gupta was supposed to treat her as a gastroenterologist. I should note that when he came into her hospital room, he did not introduce himself or even say that he was a doctor. The appointment at his office was scheduled for 8:40 AM, and we arrived on time. The waiting room was full of people, including several in wheelchairs -- my sister among them. We waited for more than an hour before the receptionist finally handed us the forms to fill out. After returning the completed forms, we waited about another 30 minutes, only to be told that we would be seeing the doctor's assistant because the doctor was "in the hospital." We were outraged and refused. Somehow, the doctor did eventually appear in the office, and we were finally invited in. In total, we waited at least 1 hour and 40 minutes in the waiting room. Inside the exam room, we were greeted by a nurse (unfortunately I do not remember her name) who was very polite, attentive, and thorough. She asked many questions, and this took another 40 minutes. We have absolutely no complaints about the nurse. However, it is reasonable to expect that the office should have already obtained this information from the hospital, where my sister had been Dr. Gupta's patient. When Dr. Gupta finally entered the room, it looked as though he had simply popped in between two other patients. He spent no more than two minutes with us. He remained standing, did not sit down, did not ask any questions, and did not explain anything. He simply told my sister that she needed an EUS procedure -- without any explanation -- and rushed out of the room. The office is poorly organized, and the management clearly does not respect patients or their time. Sick people should not be forced to wait nearly two hours in a crowded waiting room. It is also worth mentioning that the restroom had no paper towels for drying hands. I do not recall another medical office where I have had such a negative experience. I cannot recommend this office or this doctor to anyone who values their time or expects a clear explanation of a treatment plan. It is worthwhile to look for another doctor and another office.
