Dr Waskin is very interested in the health of his patients. He looks at all your records and checks your prescription portals from cvs and Walgreens before he sees you, to get a picture of your overall health as a new patient. He does not "wing it " like most doctors who see Medicare patients. Also he does not pass you off to his staff, he sits with you and goes over all your bloodwork and test results and explains things, line by line. He is wonderful. read more

I was a patient for over 4 years and not once did I get asked " how are you?" ,Probably the worst Dr's office and staff I have came across and I have seen many over my years. I always waited at least 1 hour ( sometimes an hour and half ) to actually see Dr Waskins even though I never seen more than 2 people waiting and no one in the rooms. I never felt like a patient , always had issues for simplistic refills and was put in a very dangerous position by Meagan with a med that had been prescribed to me for over 20 years , she stated she would NOT refill I would need to seek other assistance when I was literally having panic attacks with no meds. I truly believe they have "god complex's" and should not be practicing . I was also told I would not be seen by their office anymore when attempting to obtain an appointment so I am now again in a precarious position thanks to them, Every time I did need care due to tests results or issues I was deferred to other Dr's , always shuffling the actual care and responsibility to someone else, as far as I'm concerned they really only operate for the insurance angle , always tests tests even though I have blood work done by 3 different Dr's I was forced to pay for visits every 3 months and blood work even though I literally just had done with others , Insurance whores ! read more

Dr. Megan Waskin has been the perfect doctor for me. She is very knowledge and patient (ie she doesn't try and rush me out of her office when discussing any issues I might have). I highly recommend her. read more

Absolutely the worst doctor and office staff. They get a zero review and don't waste your time. Any office visit you will be in the office 2 hours and waiting to see the doctor for over an hour each visit. The office staff is inept and could care less about your issues. The doctor could care less about his patients issues and is in it for what he can squeeze out of insurance company only. After numerous issues with doctor and staff since my first day as patient, my latest issue was going to the office and begging for a call from the doctor. Never received a call and ended up in hospital same day with minor heart attack. Then sitting in hospital after being admitted, I call to cancel appt. that I had scheduled for two days later only to be told that appt. had been cancelled and I should go back to my orthopedic. He was MY primary and wanted nothing to do with my issues! If I could sue for malpractice, he most certainly would be sued. The worst, please stay away! read more

Dr. Waskin has been my primary doc for quite a few years now. They've been amazing at getting me in quickly and taking the time needed to diagnose my issues and get me the things I need to get better. Highly recommend them if you're looking for a great family doctor! read more

Stay away from this office, there are much better places to be seen by a doctor. I have been a patient of Dr Waskin off and on for the past 10 years. Before he moved to his current location I loved him and his office but all that changed when he moved out on his own. His office staff is some of the worst I have ever experienced in the medical field. Extremely unprofessional in all ways --- on the phone, in person, it doesn't matter, they are awful!!!!!!My husbands last visit for an RX refill took him 1 1/2 hours, was left in the waiting room and forgotten about. When the office manager saw him he stated "I did not know anybody was out here". My husband was very upset and said to the office manager that he has never waited for 1 1/2 hours to see a doctor and the office managers reply WELL THERE IS A FIRST TIME FOR EVERYTHING !!!!!! My husband was stunned. This guy is so disgusting I can not believe that Dr Waskin allows him to run his office ---- and that is the problem. I had called in for an RX myself this past Monday when the girl that answered the phone was laughing so hard she could not even say hello. Once she got her composure I able to speak to her. She told me they would call my RX into the pharmacy. After waiting 2 days I called back and they said that they were not calling the RX that I needed to come to the office for a visit first ---- but they never called to tell me that. So I tried to make an appointment and all they had was for the 22nd and the doctor would not fill my Rx until then, he just flat out will not fill my expired RX and his wonderful staff did not even pick up the phone to call me. I will never go back to this office again and I strongly urge you to look elsewhere as well. It's amazing that such a wonderful doctor can go down hill so quickly simply because of who he surrounds himself with. I wonder if Dr Waskin would allow himself or his family to be treated this way when he goes into a doctor's office ????? I bet he would never go back either. Wake up doctor, you got big issues at your front desk --- open your eyes and ears and you will hear them acting unprofessional as you are all in the same office. I am sure you are afraid to get rid of them because now you have to train new people and that is expensive. But having a staff that runs people out of your office is even more of an expense. read more

Very disappointed with his office staff I called this morning to ask for documentation to fill the paperwork as a new patient I was hoping to see the doctor when I call back this afternoon they had not sent me any of the documentation they had promised to send me in the morning and they said as a new patient they could not see me for several weeks big disappointment even though I said I needed to see the doctor hopefully today they did not even bother to ask me what was wrong or offer any assistance to me I hope the doctor reads this so he becomes aware of his staff. I was really hoping to see the doctor and have him become my family doctor this was a very big disappointment and lack of any care towards me. read more
