Jim gives a brief guesstimate of what he thinks may be the problem. He's very up front by saying it could be more or less but he won't do anything without calling me with the diagnosis and reviewing the details of what he will fix. I dropped my laptop off on Thursday afternoon and it was ready the very next day. I have been working with Jim since 2012. I was away from the area last year and I took my machine to Geek Squad. I regret the whole experience. They had my laptop for 2 weeks, told me it would be about $90 and ended up over$300.
