Three were eliminated because of the onerous terms of their form contracts, the unprofessional rep who visited us, or the delay/failure to provide a written bid. 312Flooring was completely different. Jesse, who came to bid the job, was knowledgeable, helpful, and obviously had authority to respond to questions and concerns. Peter, the owner, reviewed Jesse's video of the job, and approved the written bid. We chose 312Flooring. Their bid was not the lowest, but they were not the highest either. Peter and Jesse guided the project through our Condo Assn., stayed in touch with us reporting their progress, and were ready to start on the date promised. On the appointed day, the installation crew, Juan and his two sons, arrived. The next three days were almost pleasurable -- they were skilled, polite, respectful of our home, and enormously helpful in resolving the difficulties that arise during any remodeling project. Our floor was finished on time and on budget and we are very pleased with the finished product.
