During... - A partially finished interior space with white painted walls and three windows allowing natural light. The floor is unfinished, showing construction markings. Furniture, including chairs and a table, are covered with plastic sheeting, indicating ongoing renovation work. The ceiling has visible holes for lighting fixtures, and the room appears to be in the process of remodeling.

The quality and craftsmanship was top notch. I had a flood back in February, which destroyed 2/3rds of my 2 story home. After the mitigation company tore everything out, I was left with bare bones. I needed insulation, new walls, ceilings and paint. They came and gave me an estimate, and I received 3D scans. They were very polite and completed the project in two weeks! Afterwards, they had a cleaning company professionally clean my home. I still have floors and carpet to put in, but it's starting to feel like a home again! I highly recommend them and will use them for future projects!

Bathroom before - A small bathroom features a shower with a glass door and beige tiled walls, a white toilet, and a pedestal sink with a chrome faucet. The floor is tiled with beige tiles, and there are wooden cabinets with frosted glass doors on the left side. A mirror with a wooden frame is mounted above the sink, and a ceiling light fixture provides illumination. The bathroom has a neutral color scheme and functional fixtures.

Three were eliminated because of the onerous terms of their form contracts, the unprofessional rep who visited us, or the delay/failure to provide a written bid. 312Flooring was completely different. Jesse, who came to bid the job, was knowledgeable, helpful, and obviously had authority to respond to questions and concerns. Peter, the owner, reviewed Jesse's video of the job, and approved the written bid. We chose 312Flooring. Their bid was not the lowest, but they were not the highest either. Peter and Jesse guided the project through our Condo Assn., stayed in touch with us reporting their progress, and were ready to start on the date promised. On the appointed day, the installation crew, Juan and his two sons, arrived. The next three days were almost pleasurable -- they were skilled, polite, respectful of our home, and enormously helpful in resolving the difficulties that arise during any remodeling project. Our floor was finished on time and on budget and we are very pleased with the finished product. While any home improvement project can be stressful, we heartily recommend 312Flooring should you decide to replace or install hardwood flooring.

I can't say enough wonderful things about this store! My husband and I are about to remodel our…read morebathroom, and Lisa has been INCREDIBLE every step of the way! We live in DuPage County and checked out a couple stores out here - the tile shop which had some of the worst customer service we've encountered in our life, a couple locally owned who kept pressuring us to use their people for the installation despite us already finding someone we trust, and that left me searching for a new place. America's Flooring Store came up in our search so we had nothing to lose coming here. First, it is 1000% worth the drive out here. They have so many beautiful selections to choose from. After we shared our style with Lisa, she immediately pulled a few options. I'm not over exaggerating when I say they were all perfect. Both my husband and I leaned towards the same one as our favorite! Lisa really listened which I feel is so rare these days, and made the ordering process a breeze. Our tiles came in quickly in about a week. One of the tile sadly was cracked right down the middle which happens. Nobody can control what happens in shipping, and Lisa immediately took care of this and got replacements! We will never go anywhere else for flooring and will refer all our friends and family here. I can't recommend this place enough!!!

Project costed me an additional $25,000 to fix properly. To make matters worse, there was zero accountability. When I approached them about the issues, they were arrogant, dismissive, and completely disrespectful. Instead of owning up to their mistakes, they deflected and avoided responsibility. I would strongly advise others to think twice before trusting them with any work. This was a costly and frustrating experience that could have easily been avoided with basic professionalism and competence.
