I never got them either. :-( Now, when I got to this branch, it turns out that only the Drive-thru us open (Lobby is closed). :-( At first, and after my last COVID time bank visit, I wasn't even going to use the Drive-thru. But, I drove around the corner, and since there were only 2 cars in front of me, I decided to wait it out. I only had to wait about 8 minutes before I got up to the window. 8-) I told the teller that I wanted to close out my checking acct due to branch distance, and the reorder problem. A bit surprised that I was able to do that pretty easily. And, because I had less than $500.00 in the account, I had a choice between a check, or cash. Needless to say, I took the green. ;-) Now, the teller was very nice, and polite.
