Each time I called they connected me to a claims department that couldn't answer questions about my specific case when my car was hit by a commercial truck and I was out of state at the time. She thinks a lot of herself and made that clear. She also said something like she was going to yell at her team for not answering my questions. Yikes. Maybe Cleo and State Farm run a great business. Good for them. It sounds to me like she lacks empathy. I'm unimpressed. My family has been State Farm customers since the 1970s.
