I had a situation that could've been bad but based on his recommendations and linking me up with a really good honest plumber, I got everything repaired and made a great connection for a wonderful honest plumber and save myself the hassle of having to file a claim. So far Randy is awesome and so is Angie. I think I'll be here for a while. I ended up leaving because of a huge rate hike, they messed up my file a few times, lost a check and asked me to resubmit stuff a few times. I left farmers after about a year. read more
