I also gave her my job income which she did not incude on my application. I was immediately denied. I told her that I had an 850 credit score didn't understand how I could possibly be denied and she said that I will get a letter in the mail and maybe God did not want me to get the loan. I called Wells Fargo loan department and found she deliberately left My income off of my application. The only reason I think she did that is because I am a black woman. I was able to give them my income and my loan was approved. I think she is a racist and should not be working there.! I was there on 3/13/26.

BEYOND DISAPPOINTED!…read more Went to the Wells Fargo Bank branch to handle some business. Unfortunately, I forgot my debit card and had to use an alternative form of identification, my GADL. I left my DL at the bank when I left. Someone from the bank called me on my cell and told me it was there and to come back to get it. I thanked them profusely and then explained that I was around the corner at Starbucks (less than 2 miles away). When I arrived back at the Wells Fargo Bank branch, I was told that I would not be able to get my GADL, which has my picture on it and not expired, back because I did not have another way to verify that I was me. The teller told me I could use a library card or any card I had that had my name on it. Never mind that I just left the back less than 30 minutes ago, the bank was virtually empty, with two tellers, I was in the same clothes, and was still being told if I didn't have another form of identification, that they would have to keep my license until I could return with verification of my identity. Never mind that my GADL has MY PICTURE! Luckily I had my Carry and Conceal license in my truck with my weapon. The customer service was definitely trash and was a waste of time. If you have business in the area, AVOID THIS BRANCH!!

The lady at the drivethru who didn't give me her name but she had a mass amount of freckles on her face said I had to come in. I let her know I'm not able and I've never had to come in before. She said here you do, we don't give money orders in the drive thru. I let her know I've gotten them before at the other branch she told me to go there and have a nice day. Then turned the speaker off. I tried to call the location to speak with a manager and I believe she answered the phone. I could hear money going thru the machine and then someone saying my name and asking someone else if they knew who that was. No one ever came to the phone and they left me on hold for over 6 min. Their president, Al Horton, was indifferent when I called to share the conduct of his agents and tried to change the conversation to the delinquency of my loan. Please know that no matter how delinquent your loan is, they must conduct themselves accordingly.
