After switching to another company, I needed information to complete my taxes. However, every email I sent would take days to get a reply until the replies stopped altogether. I tried calling about 4 days straight and no one at the company ever answered the phone! Seriously?! An insurance company that doesn't answer the phone?! My phone messages were never returned. When I finally spoke to the agent I needed to speak with, she just acted like I was a big inconvenience. Unfortunately, it's not my fault if I need info to do my taxes...otherwise, I would have never called them! Oh and still waiting for my refund check over two months now since I cancelled. No one ever gave me on update on that.
