Each person has a different credit situation so here's mine. - I had a bunch (7-9) of old derogatory line still on my credit they were already paid off ! $0 Zero balances!!!! zero bals that were still hurting me, that were still there, & they got erased. - Next, I had 1 thing I collections for 2 years making Minimum $50 payments for a 4 year plan (because I alot of bills I was paying off) and it got erased because my debt was sold to so many debt collectors that they couldn't find the original debtor. - Next, the majority of the stuff hurting me was old closed accounts, so I hadn't been late or behind in 2-3 years. So don't expect they will make recent credit mistakes better if you arent doing your part.

This year for our renewal the rates went up and they fought to get us better rates, and Tierra Moore went above her calling to negotiate away a claim to get us a good rate. She didn't stop there, she continued after switching our policy after renewal to review the remaining policies to see how we could save and called me later to let me know she found additional savings and did I want to switch another policy as well. If they are able, they may close it far me, I hope my monthly bills clear. The account is primarily used for monthly utility bills and as they increased over the years, the account is very close monthly before the next transfer of money. Short and simple! This month my account overdrew over a $2.32 shortage and yes, it was my fault, even though, I had put addl money in the account. When this happened, it created a series of returned check at $30 per check. The way, I found out is my exterminator called to tell me, I had a check returned twice on 11/12 and 11/16. I immediately went to the app and there wasn't anything showing in my account of the returned items. Nothing! Not anything in the posting, but clearly returned and even a charge to the exterminator. Next step, check the website on my iPad, Nope! I can open the account, but not access the account information. This time, they can have the fees, no fight, just ease out of this account without any aggravation. I have stated and asked before: When should the bank notify you of a returned item? When should the bank or processing company stop submitting a returned item on an account? Should it be the first time, 2nd, 5th, 7th or never? How many times does a processing company submit an item? How much should a bank be allowed to charge after 3 returns items? The same amount as the third, when it is obvious the account is in trouble? Computers are magic! They can be set to control or change an account, which means, they can monitor an account to stop the bleed. It is time to look at this, particularly in a smaller banking institution. The larger institutions have done it. One paid $66 million, but they stopped the bleed. I think, I'm exhausted with glossy ads, fancy advertising and lack of customer service.
