They had another lift that would have worked much better but I wasn't aware what they were doing until I heard the noises from the lobby. The young kid said there is definitely an oil leak, but could not diagnose from where and apologized. The next shop in Waverly immediately told me it was an oil pan gasket, got me a quote and it was repaired in less than a week. Alignment and all. This was my one and only experience with this shop, I would take the drive to Waverly for my own piece of mind.

Well once again Holt service department has provided less than satisfactory service. After leaving…read morea message a few weeks ago to arrange for service on our 2017 Taurus with non-functioning windshield washer, our call was never returned. When we followed up and were finally able to reach the service department, they directed my wife to bring it in that day for the service manager to look at it. This was done and he and his staff determined that an appointment would be needed for the repairs. When my wife brought the car in for the repair she was be told that the technician had determined the washer was not working and she was charged $150 for the diagnoses. $150 to tell me the windshield washer wasn't working!!!!! That is why the vehicle was in for repairs!!!!! And on top of that, Holt didn't have the part so another appointment was necessary to actually perform the repairs which were estimated to be $65 for the part and $140 for labor. Unfortunately, I've found this to be typical performance for Holt "service" department. And while we had purchased our last two vehicle from Holt, I won't make that mistake again.

The guy behind the service desk helped me for 30 minutes to order the right parts I wanted. They also offer vehicle storage that is covered. That is a very nice thing to have up here during the winter. The reason why I gave them 4 out of 5 stars was because of price. I felt the price to put on new tires was a bit high. But I could be very wrong. If so then I would give them 5 out of 5.
