We do our research anyway beforehand and the truck has an immaculate history. The dealership had the truck detailed to a level where it appeared and smelled brand new. It was a breeze to complete the paperwork (less than an hour). We paid cash in full. The entire staff congratulated him and asked if they could do anything else to make his day easier. My husband was on the road in our new truck, driving back the 1600 miles to Maine! The one star reviews here are confusing as heck - can't imagine this dealership being even remotely bad and we've dealt with some bad ones in the past.
