It does have a rain-resistant area with heaters. It wasn't a full-on Cortelyou/Beverly situation but once upon a time the Lyndhurst station was relatively close to the reviled, dystopian, non-ADA compliant Kingsland station. In a grand bargain, this station was revamped and Kingsland was shuttered. I'm sure the people whose commute got 15 minutes longer understood that their suffering was for the greater good. I used this station to get from Manhattan to Met Life stadium for a football game. Note the trains…read moredo NOT run every day to this station, ONLY during stadium events. They basically run as a shuttle service to and from the Secaucus Frank Lautenberg rail station. The trip from Manhattan to The Meadowlands was flawless. Trains were running every 20 minutes or so with electronic boards stating when the last train after the game would be leaving. The station itself is two platforms and an enclosed stairway/elevator to cross over the tracks. This is located close to the main stadium entrance. Not really any ammenties that I saw. You can also walk up ramps onto the platforms from the end opposite the stairwell/elevator structure. Signs were clear as to which train was departing next. This setup saved us so much traffic time getting to and from the stadium. The only drawback is that the platforms don't have canopies over them so on a rainy or hot summer days you're pretty much at the mercy of the weather although some people could shelter in the stairwell/elevator structure. So 1 star off for that for a total of four stars.

NJ Transit Access Link takes a lot of time to even arrange and Logisticare is a disaster so who can we call to get around with ease? EZ Ride! It's all relatively simple, fill out the application and send it in, put money into account and when ready call for rides which show within a fair amount of time and pay a small ride fee per trip - Not as quick as Lyft/Uber, but about the time a cab would come but at much less of a price per ride. The Drivers are friendly as are the call center/accounts team whenever I have to call in. I'm glad EZ Ride is available and is just as it's name suggests - EZ to set up, my client gets in when the driver shows up and then he rides. With such limited choices in having people get around at a low cost but in a timely manner I hope that EZ Ride keeps up and perhaps even expands.

He was friendly & courteous. Leaving the concert was difficult as it was dark & pouring rain but our driver called my cell phone & we made a plan where to meet up. The Metlife parking lot is huge & very confusing the way the lots are numbered however our driver was patient & kept me on the phone until we finally found each other. I highly recommend this company for prompt, friendly& reliable transportation service.

Rutherford is an ideal place to live. I moved here just for the schools, and the town is often hosting fun events for residents such as parades & festivals, and offers free outdoor concerts at Lincoln Park during the Summer. Rutherford is home to Felician College, and the Boat House hosted by the Nereid Boat Club. The downtown district offers many restaurants and shops. The restaurants are BYOB and there are no bars which means quiet neighborhoods. The town names itself the Borough of Trees because of all the mature trees that line the residential street. My home like many in this town line the Passaic River and to my surprise when a nighbor landed his sea plane on it. Truly a wonderful safe place to live.
