This place really does remind me of a certain scene from one of my favourite films of all time, Goodfellas. Cabaret restaurants are perhaps a dying breed. They don't appeal to me much but I'm glad they still exist.
You see when dining it should really be all about the food. Eating with distraction only interests me when the food is of no interest. It feels very much like a cramming of over 270 covers for the stage shows with the food as an after thought. However I am sure with it being established for over thirty years there is clearly a strong local following, which has kept it going. I would however choose a different eatery unless it is that you like the theme. read more
