He did not charge a mark up with the materials and gave us his contractors discount which was awsome. I,m not so sure we would have been able to do this project if it was not for that. Other contractors wanted a huge sum and the materials were literally twice as much and some even said the deck was to complex to even try and when we told them our budget they said it wasn't worth the time. As it turns out we dident have to replace all the deck footings as one company told us we had to do adding $20,000 to the project! We told Joe our budget he crunched some numbers and found ways to cut costs and save and they had the old deck gone and the new one up almost 2 weeks ahead of schedule and even under budget! My husband gave him a nice tip and he went out and bought a new gas grill and some plants with the money And When i got home from work today it looked outside and saw this grill with a note on it that said thanks for the business but happy customers are the best tips possible here is your new grill and plants to help decorate your new deck! I mean Come on who dose that! Love these guys to pieces. We will be having them back for a barbecue this summer! Super cool people who understand money doesn't grow on trees and we couldn't be happier! Highly recommend this company!

We contacted New North to install our new over-the-oven microwave, which also involved removing the…read moreold one. Dan let us know he could squeeze the project into his busy schedule. He arrived on time, sized up the required work and started working. The new microwave was slightly larger than the original which possibly involved cutting into the brick backsplash. Dan determined that he could fit the new one without having to cut into the brick - a very messy operation. The rest of the install went smoothly and we couldn't be happier with the finished project. Dan's very pleasant demeanor was a very nice complement to the whole experience. we would highly recommend him for your consideration.
