When they called me back, they told me they couldn't find anything wrong with the tire, even after they took it off the vehicle and everything. Since nothing was wrong, they didn't charge me any fee or anything! They even replaced the valve on the tire for free for me incase it just wasn't reading right. They even checked things like my break pads and battery. Thankfully, they found out my battery (less than a year old) was almost dead! Thank god they checked or I could've been stranded somewhere. The person I spoke to was so helpful, she looked up the tire and said it needed to be ordered. I was also told they could replace all four tires and get us on our way that day. We ended up going with that option and were able to be towed to the NTB in time to get that done. Joe and his team kept us informed throughout and got us on our way as soon as they could. Modern Automotive was the first place that came up in Google and I went there. I was in good hands. I first spoke with Thomas Morris who immediately put me at ease with his honesty and genuine problem-solving attitude. I left my car with them and continued on my trip in a rental. Through a series of MY mistakes and lack of ability to figure out how to get my car back once they had completed the work, it was left there for far more than the original time I thought it would be.
