I just returned from my 17 day vacation and leaving my two babies give them and me some anxiety. But having Fido & Felix caring for my babies put me at ease. Everyday I got an update, by text, on the visit with a picture. Then when I returned home there was a daily detail report for me, left by my wonderful sitters. One of my babies has major separation anxiety from me and the other is a feral cat I've turned domestic (but he's only comfortable with me) he hides under the bed when I have company, they are not an easy pair, but knowing I have Fido & Felix there to take care of them allowed me to enjoy my vacation without any worries. She even voluntarily checked on our bearded dragon & beta fish for us and left the TV on Animal Planet for our pups. Our chiweenie, CoCo, had a very traumatic upbringing until she was rescued. She had severe social anxiety and could sometimes be aggressive. One thing I did notice, and this is why I'm writing this review, is that upon our arrival back home and over the next couple of weeks we saw significant change in CoCo's behavior. She was much more receptive to new faces and even warmer with us than she had ever been. Idk what Shalini did or maybe CoCo just realized that not all strangers are bad and some are friends, but it completely changed our outlook on what our life could be like with CoCo added to our family. We continue to recommend Shalini to friends and family and we now have a cat added to our family and will need her services again here soon. Thank you Shalini!! I was considering Pets Hotel until i found out that they crate their dogs most of the day and barely play outside. Ollie doesn't like crates and loves to be around humans and other dogs.
