The first time I use their drop off service I included my own detergent. When I received my clothes back our socks were separated in a different plastic bag, nice and neat. My clothes were folded EXCELLENT, SMELLED GREAT AND FELT SOFT. Since they did such a great job with my clothes I sent my daughters clothes as well. Same thing... GREAT JOB!! She is two years old so anyone with a child knows how messy it can get.. Lol.. But again I say great cleaning, packing, and just all around service. Despite when I move I will always return here!!! GREAT DROP OFF SERVICE!!! Oh yea the prices are very reasonable, I usually take my own detergent but the one time I didn't our clothes still smelled and felt amazing!!

We order pickup and drop off service through them and the service is always incredibly friendly, accommodating, and the laundering is done well. On the few instances there has been a small mixup or delay, the owner is always quick to respond to calls or messages and always tries to work with you if you have the occasional special request regarding turnaround time, etc. Great customer service (seriously the delivery drivers are always so nice and communicative!) and quality laundering will keep us coming back for the foreseeable future.
