He could not tell me when he was coming back, if he was. The walkway was dangerous so I had to have it redone, requiring me to pay someone else as much as I paid him. Turns out he simply put sand under the pavers. I would not work with him again on any of it if he is back in the US.

For both jobs, they cleaned up after themselves, as though they had never been there. Cannot recommend him enough. Six or 10 stars if they had them. :-)

In the end, my husband had to design the space because everything they showed us was the opposite of our specifications or cookie cutter, as if taken from landscaping 101 texts books. We had to ask the crew to be replaced once because of damage inside and outside our home. They left a disgusting mess every night. We talked to them several times about planting at the beginning of the winter and our concerns that some/all of the plants would not survive. They ensured us that planting in the winter was actually a good time -- of course, almost every lavender plant did not survive. In addition there was grout spalling,which caused stones to loosen and crack. And it gets worse. They did not clean out the drain outside of our rec room of excess grout and stucco despite my husband asking several times. Our basement flooded this spring during heavy rain fall because of the debris they left inside it. We have contacted Scott at least 10 times, by phone and email and he has yet to send anyone to fix all of these problems. In the last email, he said that they weren't responsible for paying the plumbing bill or for the dead plants (even though it is clear that they lied about planting during the winter). They also owe us a refund for plants we returned and have not sent this to us. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. It appears they are understaffed and do not care about their other clients.

They work hard with integrity and a smile; last week, they spotted a gas leak behind my house and fixed it even though it wasn't their job. We could have all blown up if it hadn't been for their care and concern. As an interior designer, I have very high standards when it comes to the design and care of my yard--and Reilly Designs has ALWAYS exceeded my expectations.
