We had a section of fence that needed to be replaced so we called Manny and we liked him and his work so much that we called him back to see if he could help us rip and replace our entire back yard (about 3000 sq ft). I've attached some pictures but he and his crew did an amazing job. We didn't have a specific plan and made a bunch of changes along the way (including building an outdoor shower on one side of the house and then asking him to move it to the other ) and he never complained and he and his team worked hard until the job was done. They also completely replaced and expanded our lawn and regraded the yard without us having to have all the specifics. So an update...MT Landscaping just completed a second project for us. OMG, they are amazing. Manny and his team installed a fabulous deck and retaining wall to fix the sloping, muddy backyard. Not only was the estimate very fair but Manny worked with me to help me get the project within my budget. Manny and his team did a beautiful job completely redoing our front yard landscaping. We previously had two giant trees removed so our yard was essentially a dirt patch and needed a complete overhaul. Manny worked with us to come up with a wonderful design and was patient with us and our many questions. Manny and his team were able to do everything we asked for, including re-grading the yard, removing old tree roots and plants, installing a new fence, irrigation system, and artificial turf, planting all new plants, and putting in new rock beds. Manny was quick to respond to my request for bids and he is an excellent communicator. He had great ideas about how to make the new patio design work with my yard and pool. Great experience with Manuel and his guy. They dug out a bunch of roses and boxwood shrubs, planted a palm and some other succulents, put down rock and re-did the drip irrigation. They showed up on time, worked hard and got it all done in a day and a half. Couldn't have been nicer guys. Everything was done as we had discussed and they were great about moving a few of the plants around so the placement was exactly as I wanted (we live in a modern home and wanted a minimal number of plants). The drip irrigation has worked very well. Everything was very clean when they left too. Manuel also came by in kind of an urgent situation when I accidentally broke an irrigation pipe in the front yard. I thought I was digging at a stubborn root...whoops. He came by right away was great about fixing it then and there for a reasonable price. I'm planning some other work and will use MT Landscaping.
