King is a nice guy. This place has good egg rolls and rice. Avoid the dumplings and BBQ ribs. King gives a lot of food for a good price.

The restaurant was laid out with tables to the right & left, a coffee/juice bar and a bakery section in the back. Since my Spanish is nil, I believe who was one of the owners helped us choose our meal. Peruvian Beef Stir fry with rice and fries & Pueblo Style fillet of fish (tilapia) I had plantains & black beans as sides. Both were portions for two people & absolutely delicious. I had a tamarind drink and my friend had a Batido Mango (made with milk) The staff were all sweet and helpful. We got to-go bags. The prices were very reasonable for what we got. After we paid the check we were given caramelo flan ~ we said we would never finish it - well we did! Pretty much licked the plate. Can't wait to go back! And since I watch Celtic, premier, euro soccer, have found a new place that opens early! Soccer was playing on the screens while there! Another plus. Definitely check this place out, they have traditional Costa Rican, Peruvian and Salvadoran dishes - just to name a few!!!

If you are looking for traditional, authentic, homemade Mexican food, look no further, Pancho's is…read morethe place! Every time I come here, I feel like I'm back at my grandma's house. The restaurant serves delicious, fresh food in a very homey atmosphere. The servers are kind, attentive, and so helpful; from time to time, you might even be served by Pancho himself, who is an absolute gem! We started with the guacamole and chips, followed by the nachos, where you can customize them with your choice of meat. For our entrees, we ordered the Huaraches with steak, which is a large, handmade, slightly fried tortilla topped with beans, onions, lettuce, crema, and cheese. We also got the Tacos, which come five to an order. You can choose up to two meats, but we stuck with the classic Al Pastor. The meat was so tender and flavorful, served with the traditional onion, cilantro, and lime on the side. Finally, and my personal favorite, we had the Picaditas. Like the tacos, you can choose two meats, so we went with Al Pastor and steak. Similar to the Huaraches, these are four smaller, slightly fried homemade tortillas with green and red sauce on the bottom, topped with lettuce, onion, and cheese! To wash everything down, we had the homemade Agua de Jamaica (hibiscus tea), though their Horchata is also delicious. Overall, this is one of my favorite spots; it reminds me of my childhood, and the food is just as good as what you'd find in Mexico. If you're looking for an authentic experience, this is it!

This unassuming gem is so great, and seems to thrive on takeout orders, leaving the dining room virtually empty (yay us!) We had an assortment of dishes to get a feel of what this place was good at and to no surprise: they aced every single one. The fish tacos, though they looked plain, were so flavorful and crispy and we couldn't get enough. The other types of tacos were also packed with flavor and so incredibly addicting. We also shared nachos as an appetizer and to our surprise, the chips were fresh and the nachos were topped with tender pieces of steak. It's hard to find a good pozole, and this one was filled with meat and honestly could have served as two meals with how much was given to us. This just might have to be our new go-to Mexican spot - it seems like my days of taco trucks are over since I can get some amazing tacos here!

The menu had mostly Hawaiian options to choose from. The pricing was very reasonable as well. I had the customizable poke bowl ($15.95). There was a number of different options to choose from with different proteins, toppings, sauces, etc. I had a base of brown rice with avocado, cucumber, sweet corn, edamame, mango, ahi tuna, spicy mayo, ginger, wasabi, jalapeno, green onion, and cilantro. This was nicely done. Everything appeared fresh and it was a good size portion. I would have just liked to seen a little more ahi tuna present, but besides that, very pleasant and filling. I also had the spam musubi ($2.95) and a side of macaroni salad ($3.95). The musubi was okay. It was a little dry. There needed to be more sauce present. The macaroni salad was a heaping portion, and it was tasty. There looked like a lot of mayonnaise present, but it was not too overpowerful as some type of sugar seemed to be incorporated to balance it out. Regardless of what it was, the salad was flavorful. Will I go back? I would.

They tend to overcook the burger sometimes. They have saimin which is cool. Hardly any places have it out here. They dont have laulau or Portuguese sausage, but i havent found any places in jersey that serve that. Which is really sad, since i miss that the most. DONT GET THE POKÉ BOWL! They say 3 scoops, but the scoops are tiny. Each scoop had 4 pieces of fish. Thats fuxking ridiculous! All the other places I've been to use the big ice cream scoops. The poké bowl is a rip off. Just go somewhere else that will actually give you more than 4 pieces of fish per scoop. Would give 3 stars, but 2 stars because of the poké bowl. People are nice and service was good. Ps. Stop putting raw onions in your Mac salad. No good

I finally made a return here for another meal…read more For starters, the bruschetta bread, fried calamari, tomato, basil, and mozzarella pizza along with the shrimp beeps were ordered. The bruschetta bread was their own version that was topped with olive oil, provolone cheese, oregano, and tomato. It was essentially a French bread pizza. It was tasty, but I would have liked more tomatoes present. The calamari was fried appropriately with plenty of flavor. The pizza was not bad. The crust was a little thick for my liking, but not a huge deal. The only issue about this was there seemed to be no basil present at all. There was a ton of cheese though. The shrimp beeps were a special on the night I attended. They were sautéed with red pepper flakes and Romano cheese in a light fresh basil tomato sauce. This was the best dish tried of the night. The sauce had a perfect hint of spiciness from the red pepper flakes. The shrimp were crispy and went well with the sauce. I actually used the sauce for the other appetizers. For an entrée, I had the pork braciola and cavatelli. This came with a house salad. The homemade creamy Italian dressing was not as a good as I remembered based on my previous reviews. Regarding the main dish, the braciola was stuffed with Italian spices and slowly simmered in a tomato sauce over cavatelli. This was solid. There were two big pieces of meat which was nice to see. The pork was a tad tough, but nothing crazy and there could have a little more of the spices present. The cavatelli was cooked al dente which I liked. I also tried the veal Sorrentino. The person at my table asked for it to be veal even though the menu only offered the chicken variety, and they happily said it was not a problem. I had the chicken previously and my thoughts were the same (see previous review for similar thoughts).

They made their own salad dressing. It was missing more vinegar and olive oil. They added Parmesan cheese. I wasn't a big fan. For the main entrees, the sauce for the chicken Francese was so sour, that we had the server return it to the cook. I assume the cook watered down the lemon sauce, but it was still sour when the server brought it back. The cook should have added a little white wine with the sour sauce and let it reduce. We didn't want it to go back to the cook the 2nd time, so we just ate it. The best part was the two chicken breast cutlets were big and very tender. The linguine and white clams sauce was the better of the two. But by not much. The clam sauce needed more garlic. I don't know if the cook adds white wine to the sauce, but it badly needed it. It needed a little more fresh parsley as well. Overall our server was the best. He came back to our table so many times to check up on us.
