Where do I begin to describe this fucking nightmare? I bought a car from Raymond July 6th of 2018. I put down $2000 fucking dollars of my hard earned money for a piece of shit. A week after having the vehicle Raymond calls me to tell me the bank rejected my loan. He tells me I could either give the car back or he would in house finance me. When he sold me the car I was told they don't offer in house financing, which was the first red flag. However, in desperate need of a vehicle and somewhat skeptical, I reluctantly called Raymomd to let him know that I decided to keep the car the very next day. He tells me he is no longer working at the dealership contact some guy named Victor who I have never laid eyes on. Second red flag. I give Victor a call. I first ask Victor if Raymond is still working there, suspicious of a bait and switch, he gives me his bogus word that Raymond is indeed gone. Victor tells me that he would finance me and to send all payments directly to him. I ignorantly concede again. Victor never had me come in and redo and sign a contract. Also, it took him two almost three months to send out my registration. He repeatedly lied stating that it was in the mail. I finally received the registration with no tags months later. NOT TO MENTION THE CAR WAS A LEMON. They sold me a car with no fluid in it another flag! Who the fuck sells a car with low to no fluids? A money hungry crook that's who. Something told me to go to my local mechanic and get the fluids checked after I left the lot. There was absolutely no fluid in the vehicle. I put about $5000 into repairs on the car between July (after first purchasing the car) and Nov. In-between not having my registration being sent when he kept saying it was sent, not having a new contract, and my car breaking down after only having it several months. I stopped paying Victor my money. After several months of not paying, Victor finally cares enough to calls me one time and ask where the vehicle was. I told him I would call him with a location when I felt like it. Oh yeah! They allegedly put a tracker on the car. Lying fucks! I called Victor about two weeks ago to tell him to get his piece of shit off my property. He said he would get it that day or the following day. Of course he never shows. I towed the car all the way from Vallejo to San Rafael. He has the nerve to call me that eve I politely declined his call. A few days ago I received certified letter from this arrogant asshole. He is going to dispose of the vehicle. I asked myself now why would he dispose of the vehicle if it wasn't a lemon? Hmmm shady but I don't expect anything less from this loser. He sends me a breakdown of all the charges one of which is a $40 daily storage fee he must be crazy or on dope. My grant total is almost $5000 he thinks he's going to get from me. I would love for him to take me to court. It was a voluntary repo you have your property. Why all the extra fees? I almost forgot I read some of the yelp reviews and it appears that Raymond is back like he never lol what a fucking joke. Two thumbs all the way down. read more
