I bought an $80,000 Case 850M dozer from Kingline Equipment. Steve at the Greenville, Alabama location told me it was in excellent condition, had been completely gone through by service, and was ready to work.
Less than a month later, with only about 8 hours of use, the machine is unusable. It keeps blowing a fuse, sometimes will not crank, and when it does start it will not go into gear.
Their mechanic could not fix it. Then Mike called and told me management's position: because I did not buy an extended warranty, Kingline is not doing anything.
That tells me everything I need to know about this company.
They were happy to tell me how good the machine was before they got my $80,000. Once it broke almost immediately, they wanted nothing to do with it.
In my experience, Kingline cares about the sale, not the customer after the sale.
I would not buy another piece of equipment from any Kingline Equipment location, and I would strongly warn anyone else to think twice before doing business with them. read more
