Less than a month later, with only about 8 hours of use, the machine is unusable. It keeps blowing a fuse, sometimes will not crank, and when it does start it will not go into gear. Their mechanic could not fix it. Then Mike called and told me management's position: because I did not buy an extended warranty, Kingline is not doing anything. That tells me everything I need to know about this company. They were happy to tell me how good the machine was before they got my $80,000. Once it broke almost immediately, they wanted nothing to do with it. In my experience, Kingline cares about the sale, not the customer after the sale. I would not buy another piece of equipment from any Kingline Equipment location, and I would strongly warn anyone else to think twice before doing business with them.
