Thankfully I found a doctor that was able to work with me to get the VA disability increase I felt I deserved but I would take any advice from Dr. Yan with a grain of salt and preferably a second opinion. I followed his advice on getting the surgery which didn't work and if I would have continued to follow his advice after the surgery I would be stuck with the same disability rating that I had obtained on my own. Get a second opinion at the very least before committing to anything with this outfit! As far as office experience, be prepared to call at least 5 times for medical records...

Some people have apparently enjoyed a good visit with MHO but that was not my experience. Was…read morereferred by my primary for a chronically clogged nose and difficulty breathing. No diagnosis.., just irrigate and come back if I still can't breath though my nose and they will do a procedure that his not approved by insurance. Ugh, So found another ENT who ordered a CT scan and diagnosed polyps and chronic sinisitus. Prescribed meds and finally feeling better. Also said the procedure "recommended" as a next step by MHO was counter indicated based on the CT scan findings. Ugh. Interesting aside is that that the doc didn't read the intake paperwork before we met. Didn't know my age nor why I was there. Also did a hearing test, found a high frequency hearing loss and recommended hearing aids. Ordered and fitted. Ten minute appointment to adjust. Horrible fit, noisy, clicks and the software didn't work. Eventually the charger melted and ruined the hearing aids. They charged me $250 to return them. I am not making that up. They also lectured me for causing the melting of charger because I "should have known" not to use a generic USB-C cable. Seriously. Went to another audiologist and was tested for free, recommended aids that were $1200 cheaper than Mile High and they spent an hour calibrating them via some sophisticated equipment and software to ensure perfect sound. Incredible experience. The software is better, the warranty is better, the sound is much better and experience was exceptional in comparison. A quick aside is the reception and lead nurse are lovey humans. Funny and nice. My recommendation is to think twice before scheduling with MHO

Really disappointed in my experience and the bad "expertise" I received here. I saw Dr. Considine…read moreafter finding the practice on Yelp. I was nervous about an upcoming ocean trip after having a perforated eardrum in the past. She wanted to "clean" my ear (apparently by sticking sharp metal forceps into it *unannounced*) and then laughed at me when I found this scary with my past ear history. After a very brief examination, Dr. Considine declared my ear fine to swim and go underwater. She scoffed at and dismissed my concerns. *I took her advice and perforated my eardrum* snorkeling in 5 feet of water a few weeks later. This involved pain, fear, and visiting Urgent Care while on vacation. I am sharing this review in hopes that others can avoid what I went through by avoiding this place. Dr. Considine clearly has no understanding of ear injuries and water. I recommend googling physicians approved by the Divers Alert Network (DAN) and going to one of them.

I went to Dr Considine to get a second opinion on the need for surgery for a deviated septum in…read moreorder to get an Inspire sleep system later in the year. She backed up the first opinion and was able to get me scheduled within 3-4 weeks. Her admin was in a car accident a few days before my surgery. This resulted in Dr Considine coming in 2 hrs earlier everyday to make sure her customers were taken care of and responded to. I was one of those calling in and was struck by how much Dr Considine cared about her patients. This was truly superior customer service. My wife also had surgery from her about 5 yrs ago and their customer service was excellent at that time as well.

Doctor Shah only saw me for a short 15 minutes to diagnose me and come up with a plan to fix my deviated septum. I've had other doctors growing up chalk it up to other ideas but 15 minutes and one surgery later. Boom. Can breathe like everyone else. Air intake is something I could've only dreamed of. It's so surreal. Dr Shah is so supportive and even more excited to see my own progress than I was able to actualized once I got my stints out and can feel the surgery actualized. It's rare to find medical staff like this. Couldn't recommend these guys more.

Having fully lost hearing once in each ear nearly overnight due to SSNHL (and regained it over…read moretime), I have worked with 4 ENT separate practices in the past decade all on an urgent basis. Dr. Randy Taylor has been exceptional, and clearly cares deeply for his patients and is my favorite doctor out of all of these visits. ENTOne has hands down been the best experience of them all so far. ENTOne was the first ENT practice I have ever called where the front desk staff understood the disease, and were willing to make a quick appointment for a hearing test. SSNHL is a true medical emergency, and is more likely to be permanent if treatment starts after 72hrs, so having a team that doesn't say "we need a referral from your primary" or "we're booked out three months" is truly incredible. So far it looks like I'll recover from this most recent episode, thank you Dr. Taylor & team! Hopefully this will be the end of my issues - but if they recur, I know where I will go.

I needed a sinus surgery after years of serious sinus infections and no improvement. My case was…read morepretty straight forward, and I had consults with at least 3 other ENT's before landing in Dr. Menachof's office in the summer of 2022. I was SO impressed by Dr. Menachof and his ability to listen to me, empathize with my situation, and his very clear level of expertise in the industry. Like I mentioned, I had consults with multiple other ENT's who I was pretty sure could take care of me surgically, but didn't seem to care about me as a patient which meant I didn't trust them. Dr. Menachof on the other hand very clearly cared about how sinus surgery would impact my quality of life, and get me back to feeling like myself again. He made me feel like a person rather than just a bunch of dysfunctional sinuses. The staff in the entire office is superb, everyone is really friendly and fun. They even have a text messaging system where you can text in questions that you have which is awesome in the recovery process when the last thing you want to do is get on the phone with someone when you don't feel well. The only minor downside is in my experience is that I would show up for appointments on time but the staff was running late pretty regularly. That being said I really think it is because they are trying to give each patient the time and attention they need, help reassure them and answer all their questions. I never felt rushed when working with the medical staff, and they always gave me the time I needed to do a complete exam so it really wasn't an issue. I am recommending everyone I know to go to Dr. Menachof's office, he is seriously a miracle worker and I fully trust his expertise!

I went to Dr. Menachof in 2022 to fix a deviated septum with hopes to improve my breathing and my…read moreconfidence. I shared my insecurities about my nose, it was crooked, too large and had a hump. I was told a combined septo-rhinoplasty would help both function and appearance. I asked for a very natural result and stressed that breathing was my top priority. Ginger reassured me I was in the best hands, emphasizing that he would revise until I was happy. Which should've been a red flag. Recovery was manageable and not too painful. When the cast came off, I was in shock. As the swelling went down, my nose looked more asymmetrical, scarred, and unnatural. And most disappointingly, my breathing hadn't improved, if anything, it was worse. Six months later, I underwent a revision septoplasty with Dr Menachof which made no significant difference. I'm now over two years post surgery, breathing has not improved. My cosmetic concerns have been brushed off and they have referred me to a cosmetic surgeon who can do filler in the nose. I refuse to do any filler and can't believe this is my result. Only recently did I discover that during the original surgery, Dr. Menachof had performed radiofrequency coblation turbinate reduction, something I wasn't clearly informed about or given the chance to fully understand the risk of Empty Nose Syndrome, and I now live with symptoms that match it, my right nostril feels painfully dry and obstructed despite it being wide open. My left nostril is constantly leaking and it seems to have only gotten worse over time, and all efforts to remedy it do not help. It's exacerbated I do any type of exercise, eating, talking, etc. It is humiliating, frustrating and a constant reminder of this mistake I made. Despite multiple follow-ups, Dr. Menachof continued to dismiss my concerns, saying everything "looks great" and that I'm just one of the unlucky ones. I wish I could undo the decision to trust him. I look back at old photos and realize I never needed this surgery and certainly not with this provider. I am beyond devastated and frustrated with my results and functional issues I now experience. I've become depressed and no longer can enjoy the things I used to in this life. If you're considering rhinoplasty, I strongly urge you to reconsider. I wish someone had warned me. Just know it is possible to have worse nasal function and appearance than what you have now, don't take it for granted like I did. I will not post photos here but there are some on other platforms.
