Love the hard working Men and Women!…read more 2 years in a row I spent money on tires and in each case someone took ownership on my satisfaction and this is all during Covid... The excuse all businesses are using when service sucks... Kudos Dunn on a job well done!

I would give 0 stars if I could. I will never go back to Dunn Tire…read more Every time I've been there, I've felt like they're trying to sell me things I don't actually need. I really hope it's not because I'm a woman, but that's honestly how it has felt. I recently went back only because I had originally bought my tires there. One tire had a slow air leak, and I figured it would be the easiest and cheapest place to have it fixed. Instead, I was told they couldn't even "touch" the tire because it had to be replaced--and then they told me all four tires needed to be replaced. I specifically asked them to only look at the one tire because I didn't want them trying to upsell me, but that's exactly what happened. After I got very frustrated and spoke with the manager, they suddenly agreed that only the one tire needed to be replaced. This isn't the first time I've had this experience. On three separate visits for tire-related issues, they also told me I needed new brakes. Each time, I got a second opinion, and every single time I was told my brakes were completely fine. At this point, I have no trust in this business. It feels like making money comes before being honest with customers. I won't be back, and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone looking for trustworthy service.

I can't imagine it's easy work being a mechanic, so I want to thank that team, too. I almost always come here for my NYS car inspection and I was surprised when my car started making a rattling sound *after* they replaced a part for me. I came back two weeks later expecting the worst- that I'd have to pay again for service to fix something that might be a result of their recent work. I am SO RELIEVED I was wrong! In an hour they stoped the rattling sound with a simple tightening of my heat shield and sent me on my way- didn't have to pay any service fees. THANK YOU for keeping my trust! Ideally the heat shield would have been tightened properly the first time, but I also recognize the convenience and luxury of having people work on a car for me. These guys are always busy, so I still want to give 5 stars again just for keeping my trust! Who can blame them for having to work fast to see as many cars as possible in a day?

Pep Boys - Charged $5 to turn off my tire pressure light which was never turned off and turns itself off automatically.

The employee was so nice & quick with looking up what size wiper I needed. He told me about the prices of them & the quality of each. I went with the Rain-ex. He even went to get it for me instead of making me search like the last time I needed one. It took me a bit to find it. Then I asked him if someone could pop it on for me & he said he'd do it. It was $25.99 for a 26" Rain-ex wiper. I checked out very quickly & he had my old wiper off & the new one on in about 45 seconds. Very nice , young employee. Manners & does his job. More employees everywhere should be like him.

I would advise not to bring your vehicle to this place for any service work or anything else for…read morethat matter. I take care of my own vehicles as far as repairs and routine maintenance so I like to believe that my truck is mechanically sound. I brought my truck in for a simple nys inspection and I strongly believe that my truck was tampered with in order for them to suggest a service job. After about 45min of waiting for the inspection, one of the kids came back stating that I had a leaky brake line.... which according to my spotless driveway was a concerning lie. But after refusal of work i get back home and all of a sudden I'm leaking brake fluid from the front driver side. I assess the situation and find a line that looked to be tampered with. I fixed the line and ended up getting my nys inspection done elsewhere. Now I understand things happen, and parts wear, but in this particular situation, something didn't seem right. These guys are untrust worthy and unprofessional. Take your vehicle to a trusted professional.

I bet the dog has every right to get upset or rude not only the store clerk.. You live in NEW YORK…read morewe all know we pay taxes.. SO IF YOU ASK FOR A PRICE, and he told you $35 he didn't lie to you.. Because when you go into Macy's or a restaurant or a convenience store the TAX is never added to the price until you cash out.. So the store clerk has every right to get post off when you cannot understand common sense and you still want to argue why you paying the tax of it.. Common sense cannot be taught.. Every business or store clerk or worker will seem RUDE when you CANT HAVE IT YOUR WAY.. Even at BURGER KING YOU CANT HAVE IT YOUR WAY.. other than that $35 for a tire is GREAT PRICE, free installation, balance, stem and disposal.. IS what you call the PRICE IS RIGHT! you bring a tire to any shop they charge you $20 and $2 for disposal and $10 for balance, so what did he profit $3 oh wait the tire cost money too.. He probably lost on that, and you wanted him to pay for YOUR TAX.. I've always been taken care of for the last 7years i have been going there.. And he stole me as a customer of another shop the day i ran out of gas, HE TOLD HIS STAFF TO PUSH MY CAR INTO HIS LOT OUT OF TRAFFIC, SENT A WORKER TO GET GAS FOR THIS MOTHER OF 3, and i didnt have my purse on me.. and trust me I do customer service, if your rude be prepared for a taste of your own medicine..
