I had a phenomenal experience with this place. These guys took great care and they have pride in their work. I brought my Runner Pro to them and had the tints installed. The work was amazing!! Extremely thorough and made sure that I was completely satisfied before I left the shop. I liked that they were using the 3M brand and that they backed their work with a guarantee that if anything were to happen to the tint, I can bring it back for a replacement. Keep up the outstanding work fellas!! Stay safe and healthy too. Thank you so very much!!! read more

Wow it's been like 15 years since I took my toyota iM to King Tint. That car's tint looks still good. No bubbles!! Today, I went to King Tint for my 2026 Tesla y. I know he did a great job that i didn't bother to check his work. It's a lifetime warranty so keep the receipt. FYI - if you are going to the mall (10 mins walk) the mall doesn't have many stores open. I think the mall itself will shut down in a couple of years from now. Anyhow, if you need your car tinted i would recommend King Tint. They have been around this long so it tells you they are doing great. read more

I had an amazing experience at King Tint. Cedric was the tech that installed my tint on my 2023 BMW and it came out flawless. I had a bunch of questions regarding the darkness of the tint and Cedric took the time to answer them. Today is day 4 after the tint and all the streaks and lines have all disappeared and my car looks amazing! For all your window tinting needs, go to King Tint and ask for Patrick or Cedric...you wont be disappointed. read more

This guy had a kid install my tint and broke my interior plastics and told me the clips were cheap and easy but it was the trim that was messed up and wouldnt hold a new clip, he deducted the price of the clip and told me to fix it myself. Plenty of other tint places for better rates, not king quality look elsewhere read more

My family has been coming here for tinting since they opened for business. However, I went here for the first time along with my friend last week. My friend wanted to get her new Avalon tinted and asked me for a recommendation. My father went there for his M5 tinting last year with great results, so I decided we should go there too. I called for an appointment for both our cars and Cedric helped us with the quote and appt. He was very helpful on the phone. We arrived for our appointment and were helped right away by Patrick and Cedric. Cedric took the time to explain the 3M tint lines (three different types) and how the tint would look on the cars. We opted for the standard line with 35% front and 15% back. A few hours later (takes 2-3 hrs) my car was ready and they were going to get started on my friend's car next. I was impressed by the results, and wished I had done this sooner. My friend told me she was happy with how her car turned out as well and sent me a picture of the results. She also said they explained how to properly care for the tint. I recommend King Tint for all your tinting needs. Decent prices and good service. Thank you guys for the great work. read more

King Tint is Solid! Heard about this business through some friends who've gotten tints done. Pulled up to the shop (which is conveniently tucked behind Tanforan Mall) and noticed a clean Lamborghini Gallardo parked our front. Shop looked official from the start. Was welcomed by Pat, mentioned I had an appointment, and gave me a breakdown of the job/materials/warranty etc. Highly recommend this place if you're looking to get quality tinting done. Customer service on point super friendly and affordable pricing. Thanks guys! read more

I usually go to a different tint place but they're typically pretty busy so I figured I'd give these guys a shot. Extremely pleased with everything! From being able to squeeze me in for a same day apt to all the advice given when asking about the tint shade. Cedric was the man and definitely helped me out. I also love that they only use 3M product and charge a very reasonable amount! Highly recommend! read more

King Tint has always been great for my boyfriends car and my own. I love how quick they are to give you a quote and helpful with finding the best tint for your car. Service is amazing, do expect your car to be in the shop for 4 hours. Try to have someone pick you up or get a Lyft/Uber to your destination. Other than that, no complaints on my end, my boyfriends Honda's tints still look great and my Nissan that I just got my tints done this year looks great! Thank you guys again! As for the tints, i decided to go with the lightest shade in the front, But the back windows i got the 3rd darkest shade. However my front windows still look dark at night so it's not a biggie to me. I love it on my car (: read more

Thank you King tint for the wonderful job you guys did! I brought my 2017 focus hatchback to get all my windows (except the windshield) tinted after reading the reviews on here. They were incredibly nice and helpful, and answered my questions and helped give me recommendations. They said it would take about 3 hours, and they were exactly on time. I settled on 15% rear and 35% in the front and it came out amazing. I definitely recommend taking the time to have them tint it and if there are issues with the tint down the line, they have a lifetime warranty because they use 3M tint. If you're getting them done, tanforan is a short walk away and the san Bruno shopping center is just across the street from there too. Thanks again guys, you rock! read more

Researched for local auto tint services and King tint came up. Read their recent reviews and noticed they are an authorized dealer of 3M tint. 3M tint is one of the few brands I trust to use on my vehicles and my fiancé's vehicle. King tint customer service was great! They are easy to work with and their pricing was fair/reasonable and aligned to my expectations. Everything is done by appointment and they had available dates that worked with my schedule. I called on a Monday and setup my appointment for Friday, since that was convenient for me. They gave me an estimated time of completion but followed up with a call when they were done... and they finished earlier than expected! I'm writing this review a few months late but they did a great job on my fiancé's BMW X1 and deserve the 5 star rating. Their work speaks for itself! I would DEFINITELY recommend them and will bring my next car here. Unfortunately we sold the X1 they tinted but we will be bringing a new BMW X1 for them to tint since 3M matches closest to factory tint. Thanks again for the quality work & service! If I remember correctly my fiancé chose 30% on all 5 windows. With her black interior, it looks darker in the shade or nighttime. read more

Great place, and great staff. Called for a quote the day before and they gave us all the information we needed. They are by appointments only, and they even called us when they had an earlier opening. I believe we were helped by Pat. The only downside is that there is no waiting room, but in the mean time you can easy shop at tanforan and kill some time. The shop uses 3M, which is the best quality for automobile tint (I've had 3M in previous cars that has lasted for over 10 years). Highly recommended! read more

What can I say, they did a great job on my Lexus GS. Made my appointment and brought my car over.
