I'm honestly getting more and more tired of shopping here but I want them to do better so bad. I usually do weekly pickup orders, so much easier with a toddler for me to do. Well I can never order any produce because 10 times out of 10 it's rotten produce, like they don't know how to find good produce.. so I always do the pickup order for dry goods then go inside myself for produce etc. it get tiring. Yesterday I ordered onions on pickup, kind of hard to mess those up but I was so wrong.. please train your pickup employees how to pick produce. And why are these even on the shelves? also please don't ask me to sign up for a credit card in store, I want to keep shopping here and don't want to be stopped and forced to talk to someone about a credit card when I'm forced to be inside to buy produce.. read more

Order delivery was on time and great, very pleasant delivery person. All items ordered were delivered.

Went to Kings to get one of their specials on .99 pork shoulder roasts and they were out. I asked about a rain check, they said Matthew said no. Both employees I talked to could not understand why as it was not a digital coupon or noted until We run out/limited quantity. It was a limit of 2. Disappointing when you spend $1000 a month at the store. Might have to drive out west moving forward if they don't want my business. read more

Absolutely disgusted by the customer service at this facility , I was screamed at and harassed by an older white lady with white hair and glasses that works there "watching the self checkout " screaming on the top of her lungs that I was stealing groceries with a manager standing there telling her that's not what is happening, she kept touching the food I was trying to scan and throwing it back into my cart , and was upset that I wouldn't put my groceries on the ground. Told me I should be ashamed of myself for stealing groceries , threw my debit card, my $300 receipt, and my coupons in my cart and told me to "get the fuck out of here" Absolutely a disgrace of a human being working in customer service.. Slowest Pharmacy in Northern Colorado!!!! Very frustrating. Always 30 to 45 minute wait. Too much.

The store itself is average but the pharmacy has become the worst around. Long lines, waiting time is usually 45-90 minutes, only to not have your prescription ready anyway. My last 3 refills have taken up to a week to get and they are very common drugs. I quit taking 2 since my BP was fine for the week without them. For 4 months the pharmacist has apologized repeatedly and begged for another chance to make things better. Well it continues to get worse so I am looking for a new place to go. read more

As a former employee I just have to say that the man running the store is a complete JERK to the retail team they hire to stock their new items. Stopped in to pick up a few items this evening and was not impressed to see that several King Soopers employees were sitting in front of the store over to the side of the plants talking and smoking and this is not the only time I've experienced it. There was no way to get into the store without breathing in the cigarette smoke as it was drifting out into the parking lot as well as all along the sidewalk and entry to the store. This is NOT cool in my opinion. I have severe allergies and cigarette smoke gives me a terrible headache not to mention that second hand smoke is a KNOWN carcinogen. I don't want myself and my family subjected to it when I grocery shop. King Soopers, if you are going to allow your employees to smoke on your premises might I suggest that you make them go behind your store where customers are not subjected to it?! read more

This King Soopers is better then the one on 34 and 11th but not better then the one in West Greeley. I have food allergies so o I need speciality items and half the time this one is out. The staff are not the friendliest bunch. Right now they are under construction so not a huge big deal. But my cashier today told me she couldn't help with bagging unless I pay first. First off I never ask her to help. I don't mind bagging but she kept saying I needed to pay. Well I'm bagging so please stop rushing me. If I'm bagging my own groceries the least she could do was be patient and wait. They were not busy at all. Plenty of other cashiers were open. But I guess they didn't have enough baggers which she kept say CC, like I'm suppose to know what that means. I wouldn't never explain my job to someone in code and expect them to understand. Your store is already under construction at least make sure your staff is friendly. I'll be taking my business elsewhere or at least use the West store. read more

Super market on a Sunday, what was I thinking!!?? LoL. I couldn't find an item I needed. I went the meat department hoping to find it, unfortunately it was not there. I asked the gentleman stocking the area if he knew where I could find it. I tried their pickup at this location today! Waited on hold for 5 minutes just to tell them what spot I was in. No customer service when I tried to verify that this was the number to call because I went to the front counter first and waited to be to be transferred. Gal unloading our groceries was assume and polite. I think I will stick the the 10th Street location. Always a good experience there. read more

I've had pretty good experience with this location until now. I usually do Click list but this time they brought out the wrong order, Charged my card for it and after numerous calls they said they will refund in 30 days! Not good for someone who needs every penny and cannot afford to wait 30 days for a large charge. read more

As shirt manufacturers make shirts shorter, pants manufacturers make pants shorter, food companies make their containers smaller, and everyone uses cheaper and fewer "active" or usable ingredients, it is no surprise that the condiment industry has been replacing real food with fake food, and legitimate ingredients with merely semi-acceptable substitutes. A little soybean oil was okay in the beginning. But when soybean oil became the oil of choice for commercial mayo-makers, the taste suffered. Now you can get "mayonnaise" without any oil except soybean oil. That is not acceptable. I used to have to vary from "Best Foods" to "Kraft" and back again, depending on what part of the country I was in at the time. But both of those have allowed their product to be prostituted by the soybean oil industry and extremist health-fanatic lobbies. In the past we made our own. I ventured to do that again. I also tried different "alternative" mayos - olive oil, low fat, high fat, no salt, no taste, etc. Finally, at King's Sooper, I came across something I had not seen in a while: mayonnaise made with Canola Oil. Just that. No olive oil, no soybean oil, no motor oil. Just canola. (Thank you, God.) I hate the long lines that Safeway and King's are allowing in order to force everyone to go to the self-check-out. As long as King's carries canola oil based mayonnaise, I will shop there at least for that product. When I have no choice but to use the self-check-out, maybe I'll order all my groceries online. Love and Peace. - and I mean no disrespect to soybean lovers and health fanatics who appreciate and do not deprecate, diversity, especially in food choices King's also typically has pretty good bread, acceptable produce, good coffees, just a few spices short of a complete spice department, good water, good meat, good ice-cream. I have almost without exception been treated exceptionally well by check-out clerks, stockers, cashiers, baggers, and the meat department staff. This King's also has those mini-karts that are so handy when you just want a few things, but which are awkward to carry. Parking is fine, but getting in and out of the parking lot is a little iffy. Also, a couple of lanes seem to be going either in the wrong direction, or in one direction when it should be going in both. read more

I was charged the wrong amount for an item and returned to the store on 35th Ave. There were 2 clerks at the service desk. They pulled out the weekly ad which verified my claim. I also showed them my receipt which clearly showed I had been charged the incorrect amount. They both dismissed it and said they thought I was wrong! The incident went even further when I told Mary, the customer service clerk, that I never had these problems at Safeway or any other store. She proceeded to tell me that she was forbidden to shop at Safeway!! She said a customer from King Soopers saw her in a Safeway store, reported it to her manager, and he supposedly told her she would lose her job if she ever shopped at Safeway again....I find this very hard to believe!! I will continue to shop where I can get better customer service and where they believe "The customer is always right"! read more

Great store and nice people but I DO NOT appreciate soft porn exposed to children!!! They put a display of Sports Illustrated Swim Suit by the beer and the beer is by the fish sticks and chicken nuggets. Right there at the height of a small child is a naked woman all that is covering her is her arm! I don't want my young children exposed to that. I don't even want to be exposed to that. Makes the store look classless and cheap. Cheap as in anything for a buck. I find it beneath the store to be that desperate to appeal to men that view women as objects rather than being more family friendly. read more
