It's fine. It's clean. The employees are friendly and helpful. Our biggest beef: the self-serve checkout registers STILL don't do TAP. The rest of the world switched during the pandemic and the evil corporate overlords won't spend a dime to upgrade. The store could use a few more live checkout clerks, too. read more

So Walmart on 23rd was very unprofessional. Went for an oil change and first off I had to go to the auto part store to buy my own oil filter cause they didn't have mine in stock, then I waited 2 hours and then to find out the over filled my oil it was spilled all over my engine and then come to find out they charged me for changing my air filter and it wasn't even changed had to buy one on my own. Pretty shady and sloppy service. Highly do NOT recommend. Never again... read more

The reason I'm leaving such a low score is every time I pick up an order, there are between 5-15 men hanging around at the pick up area on their phones. It makes me extremely uncomfortable especially brining my children with me. Does anyone have any insight on what they are doing there? read more

My review is for Walmart in Greeley Colorado on 47th Ave. Just recently I ordered over a hundred dollars of groceries, and the Uber driver brought me only the toilet paper I ordered and some groceries that weren't mine...my name was on the bags but it wasn't my order...the Uber driver snaps a photo of me the toilet paper is in the photo anyways I called Walmart to report my missing groceries and lo and behold they issue me a refund for the toilet paper that was clearly in the photo then when I called and told them about their mistake they refused to refund me anymore so I ended up losing over $100 of groceries and I have spoken to customer service at least five times they're still denying me read more

Need to have more checkouts or use the self checkout so we don't stand in line for 20 minutes!checkouts need more training to get people thru the line so we can leave the store. Need to have 10 items or less checkout or use the self checkout , sucked standing in line while people just shoot the shit while everyone is waiting! read more

This Walmart store is horrible, disrespectful, lacks customer service. Everytime I call this store they never answer the phone regardless of what extension you dial nobody picks up. I even put my phone on speaker mode pit it back in my pocket and kept working waiting for an answer. After I let it ring for a very long time I eventually got hung up on If I didn't buy my cars tires from there I would never go to that store ever again.Again very disrespectful and lacks professional customers service. read more

This store is horrible to shop at. It is usually hot and filthy and the aisles are cluttered with unstocked items. I've never shopped here when there weren't at least 3 children in total meltdown mode being ignored as their parents drag them through the store. It's right up there with a day at the dentist! Literally every time we shop there at least half the items we want to purchase are not stocked and we're not talking about unusual items - everyday things like creamer, coffee, pretzels, etc. And you're really out of luck if you want something in the dairy section that hasn't been put out yet. You can see carts of product behind the shelves of milk but good luck finding an employee to assist you. You end up walking all over the store looking for help. Most of the checkouts are usually closed, so expect long lines when you try to check out. Oh, and expect to be treated like a thief when you leave -they have customers lined up waiting to leave because they want to check your receipt and match it to what you purchased. And the people they assign to that job generally move slower than molasses if that's possible. Now if that's not already enough reasons to avoid shopping here, now they refuse to take MANUFACTURER coupons if they have any other store listed on them. For example, King Soopers will sometimes mail you coupons that they print and some will be store coupons only good at King Soopers and some will be manufacturer coupons that can be used anywhere. The store is of course advertising their store and would like you to use them in their store so they usually print something saying you can find that item at King Soopers but it IS a coupon that can be used anywhere that accepts coupons. Now Walmart refuses to accept those which seems ridiculous to me It's not like they are out money - it's the exact opposite, manufacturers reimburse the store for the face value of the coupon plus a handling fee, so stores actually benefit from accepting coupons. We stopped shopping here. What you save is just not worth all of the aggravation and frustration in my opinion and we ended up having to go other places to shop anyway because they would always be out of so many of the basic items we need to purchase. I've spoken to the store manager about these things and she said she was working to change these things but I've not seen improvement. read more

Walmart Supercenter - a view from inside a car - Grocery Near Me - Greeley, Colorado

DO NOT GO HERE TO SERVICE YOUR VEHICLE. It is not cheaper, and will take far longer than it should. I have never had a retail experience make me so upset. I called the auto department at 12pm to see if they had the tires I needed. I wasn't able to get there until 2 pm and it took them THREE HOURS to change two tires. It wasn't until I already waited three hours that they informed that they did not have the original tires that they quoted me for. I'm a poor college student who can't even pay for the cheapest possible tires - let alone tires that are unexpectedly $20 more expensive. read more

The Tire/Auto center here is a joke. No one knows what they're talking about and it took them 8 hours to put one tire on a rim.

Had the most amazing check-out experience with Brittany S. She went above and beyond to make our experience quick and enjoyable. Brittany S is a model cashier and customer service representative, deserving of an immediate raise! read more

As if Walmart needed a review. When you see police officers armed with their guns inside of the store and they are not shopping, what does that tell you? Anyway, in addition to the long lines and poor customer service I will add this: I used to drive a semi truck to Walmart stores to bring them their groceries etc. Most of them have serious problems in the receiving areas. For example when I arrive at Walmart for a delivery, I ring the bell at their door, wait 10 minutes, call the store and not be able to reach a manager, ring the bell some more, walk all the way around to the front and enter the store and look for a manager who can unlock the dock door. Can't find a manager or anybody competent who has a key, wait some more-sometimes over an hour. The Department of Transportation only lets me work 14 hours. We truckers get paid by the load or mile and not by the hour. Walmart is the reason why I left the grocery hauling industry. Because of their incompetence, my paychecks were smaller than they should be. Walmart was the only store I would make deliveries to that had a staff that acted like they did not want their delivery. Every other store I made deliveries to like Walgreens, Target etc. treated us drivers professionally and accepted their delivery immediately. I have found that most Walmarts allow product to sit in their receiving area sometimes for many months. It is seldom rotated out for new product. This is especially so before and during the holidays. Ask yourself this question: Are the groceries that I am paying my hard earned money for fresh? Or even if you are on welfare-is the food that I am getting at Walmart fresh? My family does not shop at Walmart. There are better options: Target, Trader Joe's, Costco just to name a few. But if I ever lose touch with reality and I want to pay too much money to be treated like shit and wait in long lines to get food that is not fresh, I will simply shop at Walmart one time to get my reality check. read more

Don't waste any time at 3103 S 23rd Ave Greeley, CO 80631 United States Because .. The Customer service representative argued with me over a vacuum .. a vacuum that they didn't have in stock or the code for. I then confirmed with the floor manager zabierl if I may have a different vacuum in exchange for mine and he said yes so I took it to the counter. The customer service representative then argued with me additional tome about what his manager said to me. This continued by taking me in the back of the store and belittling me. The customer representative repeated himself over and over without trying to find a resolution. Ultimately I was told no because they felt as my emotions were out of line. Jake asked me if I was on "my womanly time of the month" and I was floored. I grabbed my vacuum and left in tears. So here's Walmart not taking accountability For not having stock or information for the vacuum all while mocking me your loyal customer. Unfortunately, Walmart is a cheap place to shop for most needs so we'll go to a different location for our next trip. Instead come here because they're amazing! Later update after going to the other walmart the vacuum was returned but the GM Clint and manager Brandon. read more

This place is a zoo! I used to live in Thornton, and the Walmart on 136th is great! But this one in Greeley is terrible. Have the worst time matching ads and the employees don't even acknowledge your presence. When I checking out, cashier didn't even say hi, just started scanning and then told me my total. Merchandise was all over the place, including the floors. The fruits and vegetables were not fresh at all. The parking lot had shopping carts all over the place. read more

Rudest Walmart ever! Told a women with a yellow Jacket on and she said she wasn't going to loose any sleep over it! Started smirking at me! I asked to speak to a supervisor! I spoke to Barbra I believe, she said that she was sorry! She was an nice as pie! I told her my Walmart will take you to find the items you wanted! Here, the people working didn't want to help, and when I asked for assistance, one women said what do you want! Come with me, I said! She shrugged her shoulders, like I was an imposition! Yes, I understand you have to put things away, but customers come first! I can tell you who was helpful! It was the people who lived there and new where to go! A little girl showed me where things were! Now, that is sad, that a little girl has more manners! Please, if you want to get better reviews try being friendly stop acting like you don't care! Bought tires the first time, was there for four hours. Since I bought the road hazard I figured I'd get my flat fixed there, two more hours for that. My advice, go to a tire shop to get tires, a lube shop to get service and skip the Wal-Mart entirely. I wouldn't even dream of letting them make a repair. read more

I think it's a bunch of crap that every time you walk out of this store, you get frisked by an old person. I spend WAY more money at Wal-Mart than I want to and they insist on forcing you to stand in line before walking out so they can scan over your receipt to see if you stole anything. Treat everyone like criminals to deter a few that are probably getting past them anyway. They even stopped me one time to check my one bag to make sure that I had the right count of tampons that I paid for on the receipt. Really? Did everyone around me need to see you inspect my tamps? Idiots. read more

I feel sorry for the employees working here, because apparently the managers here refuse to turn on the air conditioning. It's miserable to shop here in the midday heat. The employees here are quite understandably in bad temper when you finally make your way up the line. Again, Greeley managers at all public establishments that serve said public: grunting is unacceptable. Yes and no are single syllable words. Uh uh and uh huh take longer to say and are rude. Turn the air on, let your employees have some breaks, hire more people to open up registers and for the love of god, train your employees on how to give good customer service. It's appalling. read more

We would give Walmart no stars if we could due to the way they are stealing and cheating hard-working customers. I went to Walmart today in Greeley, and was shocked to see them shrink the sizes of all the cakes (and donuts too)! I was a cake decorator for many years, and saw prices on 1/4 sheets hike up to almost $20 over the last few years. These prices are horrible enough, but now, Walmart has found a way to really scam their customers and cheat them by shrinking the cake sizes way down, and still charge the same overpriced amount. So now, instead of paying almost $20 for a 1/4 sheet of cake, you pay the same for a little over a 1/8 sheet. So, if you have a birthday party for a child with 15 friends, you will need to buy 2 cakes, and pay $40, in order to have enough to feed all the people at the party. While I was in the store I asked to speak to the manager, Cliff, about this, but he never came over to talk to me. I called the store later that day, but no one would answer. Walmart is no longer an affordable place to shop. They had to have bought smaller round cake pans to make the round cakes. All the round cakes are now MUCH smaller, and of course, same price. read more

If I could give this place one star, I would. Night shift cashiers trying to commit fraud. Had a purchase for 36$, tried to use a credit card. Strangely, the credit card was declined even though the credit remaining was 10,000$. So I used my debit card to make the purchase. I went out to my car to check my bank online on my phone, and lo and behold there was a charge posting to both my credit and debit card for 36$. I went back to the Walmart to ask them to refund the 36$ to my credit card since they had in fact accepted the payment on that card as well as the debit card. Manager on duty told me to come back later when the transaction had posted to my account. I went home and called the bank. The bank said it appeared that in fact there had been two separate transactions at two separated times and it was in fact the vendor charging both cards. I wasted another 30 minutes driving back to Walmart again. I explained it was clear there were two separate transactions and both cards were charged even though the told me they declined the first card. Manager at first refused to refund the transaction, again. I had to keep arguing with her over and over about it and finally i told her I would file a report with the Weld County Sheriff's office for fraud. Finally she agreed to refund the money. Another associate, "Amanda" came over after about another 20 minutes of standing there waiting (were they hoping I'd just forget about it and go home?) While she was getting the money, she said, "yeah, why don't you go ahead and call the sheriff? Do it right now! I'll be waiting". Like she was calling me out. Really great customer service. I said, "OK, whatever, just please refund the charge". She said, "Oh yeah, do you want it? Go ahead and call them." Unbelievable. She did give me back the money after some more attitude and I left, never to return. read more
