As I pulled up, an associate was pulling the bars for the windows. As I have worked in retail before, I figured they were preparing to close. I exited my vehicle, walked up to the door, as I approached the door, the associate pulled the bars across the entry and stated they were closed. Door signage, and the stores webpage both stated the store to close at 8pm. That was absolutely the single worst experience hands down. It's unfortunate as I have always loved supporting this store. I will no longer be shopping with them, and will make my purchases at Scheels from now on. A message for the store: You never know who will enter your store, and you never know what those people may spend. In store, you always track your sales and want to "beat" your daily goals. Disregarding your guests is one sure fire way to make sure your store under preforms and eventually closes.
