Too many empty stores. Perhaps the era of large indoor malls is nearing an end? I remember when no stores were closed. It was more fun then. Treat your customers as though they're welcome, and not criminals, and if you feel the need, watch them like hawks from a distance or from the surveillance cameras, and keep them coming back because they are comfortable shopping there, rather than treating potentially good people/customers like thieves, making them check their bags at the door and chasing them away. Ross, (an affiliation of DD's) has never made me feel this way... guess DD's is off of my shopping list indefinitely. My suggestion is shop where you're welcome to do so comfortably and let this knock off of their affiliate sink like a brick!
