Clerks have been helpful and courteous to me. ( Only experienced two that were not.) When lines are long, rarely happens in a.m., I have asked the clerk if she could call for assistance. After announcing for assistance, other clerks have responded and customer lines dwindled quickly. Ross at Loveland Outlets Mall is more orderly and peaceful any time of day. Partly do to much lower volume of traffic and also don't seem to have the issue of poor parenting of children.
