He directed her to an Electra Townie, with a paint scheme that looked like the clouds at sunset in Hawaii (she's Hawaiian). This bike checked all the boxes for her as well. He was able to answer her many questions and give her some pointers from first hand experience. He and his wife own the same bike. I show up at opening on a Saturday with a tight timeline as we have to leave early that afternoon (completely unreasonable). They figured it out with what they had in stock and had us off to the venue that afternoon with working dropper post! This is just the most recent excellent service experience i've had with these guys. I've also stopped in with random issues like broken brake lever and breaking the end off a bolt from over-torquing (user error) Highly recommended these guys for servicing your bike!
