The available reviews need to accurately reflect how terrible Kings Property Management is.
I want to provide a genuine warning to anyone who has applied or is considering applying for a position at Kings Property Management: please reconsider.
This company is managed by CEO Eddie Parise and his wife, Lilia Figueroa, who acts as HR. They preach "work-life balance" and "no micromanaging," but they do not practice what they preach.
Eddie and Lilia have a reputation for advertising salaries and health coverage in their job listings, but this does not hold true when an offer is made. Instead, Lilia informs you that your salary will be re-evaluated after a 90-day probation period. I have personally witnessed her using the smallest excuses to avoid honoring the promised salary. The terms of health coverage are not disclosed until after you accept the offer, and with the company having only 25-30 employees, the health coverage is not affordable. The starting salary, which you are manipulated into believing will increase, is insufficient to cover living expenses much less health coverage.
God forbid any of the non-favored employees, their children, or their significant others fall ill or experience a loss in their family; Eddie and Lilia lack empathy and compassion for such situations.
Lilia threatens job security almost every week and creates a toxic work environment by being rude and singling you out. She avoids any interaction with you, contributing to a hostile atmosphere.
Eddie allows Lilia to perpetuate this toxic environment and enables her behavior by speaking negatively about you to other managers or assistants.
With Lilia being the sole HR representative, it is impossible to confide in her or disclose personal issues as Eddie and Lilia do not practice confidentiality.
