Called and asked if they had availability for Nexgen and was immediately accommodated. Parking was a breeze and salon was easy to locate next to goodwill in the Publix plaza. As soon as I walked in Lynn directed me to sit down and the began removing what was left of the Nexgen on my nails. She acquiesced my request to cut down my nails since they grow super fast and kept my oval shape. Lynn was so polite, professional and swift. It was nice to find someone with such good energy because a lot of salons feel like a factory and value quantity over quality. Parking was a breeze. Friendly greeting as soon as I walked in and I was directed to the pedicure chair and offered a glass of wine. My nail tech did not greet me but I think it was due to the language barrier. The water was ice cold when he turned on the faucet. Later I was scalded with the hot towels on my toes. Again due to the language barrier even though I requested Nexgen the nail tech did acrylic which did make my nails look more natural. He was super nice but I definitely could have gone without the glitter and the design because it doesn't look that great to me and the price seemed a bit excessive. After I left I noticed that the color of the polish did not look the same on all of my toes. Some are a darker shade than the others.

The nail tech here did a great job evening out my nail beds and making sure the gel and polish covered the entire nail. He did a great job filing my nails exactly how I like them. Every time I look at my nails, I smile because they look so great! My appointment was for 10am and they didn't start on my nails until 10:20. Didn't mind the wait that day, but in the future I hope they start me on time.

It took a little driving around to figure out how to enter the parking lot and parking spaces are a bit tight. After realizing my mistake, I logged onto their website through Yelp to check the booking process. I was relieved to find the booking platform was user-friendly, which allowed me to quickly book the first available appointment (Regular pedicure with French) they had for the afternoon (12:45 PM). Shortly after booking, I did receive a text message confirmation of my appointment. I decided to find somewhere to grab a bite to eat before returning for my appointment time. When I returned I was quickly checked in by their receptionist and brought back to the pedicure chairs. I was greeted nicely but the pedicurist didn't introduce herself so I can't confirm her name, but online it said my appointment was with Lissa. There was one client leaving when I arrived and another getting a manicure. The salon is very spacious and clean. A very strong citrus scent fills the building. Very light spa music played in the background throughout my visit. The TV plays videos of various island resort beaches. The gel polish removal process was very natural. No drill was used. From there she proceeded with my pedicure which was ok. She was very gentle in handling my feet and legs. I was a bit disappointed at the cold pedicure water and there were no jets or bubbles but maybe that's included with the higher priced pedicure options. This salon is DEAD SILENT lol like you can hear a pin drop in here. Very different than what I am use to. Lissa did a good job of cleaning the nail beds and achieving my desired length and shape. The outcome of the French was also just ok. I personally didn't really care for how thin the French on my big toes were but all other nails came out flawless. Their pedicure chairs are some of the most comfortable I've experienced. The massage is gentle and doesn't violently knead your back while the chairs themselves hug you like a glove. I don't know if I would return but I would definitely recommend to anyone who lives close by. Especially anyone very big on natural nail restoration. My total was $56.65 not including tip. My itemized bill was conveniently emailed to me within minutes of checking out.

They did a half-hearted job, so I pointed out the collection of nail dust mixed with blue and orange flecks at all the edges of the counter as well as the stations on either side of me. Their response was to try and pass me off to another manicurist. I told them that I would not have my nails done somewhere that wasn't clean and that they would not pass an inspection. I asked for a manager. There was none. I left without having my nails done and will never go back. Don't have your nails done in a salon that is not clean!
