King Garden items are in the upper part of pics or the right part of the pictures. HK items are on the lower or left hand side of pics.

I just did a side by side comparison of the following items. I ordered the EXACT same items at Hong Kong and side by side will share pics and reviews. Here's the winning results: Eggrolls- Hong Kong- both had bits of meat, but HF had the better tasting, slightly saltier ones. Wontons- Hong Kong hands down- there was a lot more meat in theirs and King Garden was a little tougher to chew the wonton wrapper. Crab Rangoon- King Garden- the filling is slightly sweet, but they are the standard wonton wrapped and not the foldover/turnover style that are tougher to chew. White rice- King Garden- was cooked better and longer according to my teen. Pork fried rice- King Garden- had more veggies and smokier flavor. Sweet and sour sauce- King Garden- better flavor, less red dye and twice as large portion. Orange chicken- Hong Kong, flavor was better, but both had too much breading. King Garden- had more orange peel and broccoli. Shrimp lo main- Hong Kong was better tasting, but King Garden had larger shrimp and included mushrooms. Overall, both places had their strengths- Happy Fortune was 20% less expensive and included a free 2-liter. It was under $45 for HK and almost $55 for King Garden for food delivered plus I tipped $10 on top of that.

The food use to be good but a couple of times it was not like today. The food had no taste just bland. I won't be going back anymore.

The food is pretty good for chinese takeout places but the wait is ALWAYS an hour or more for delivery and we live less than 2 miles away.

First Visit to Taste & Sea's High Tea - A Hidden Gem!…read more I recently visited Taste & Sea in Glen Mills for their High Tea experience, and it was absolutely delightful. They have been offering High Tea since January 2026 and currently serve it on Fridays and Saturdays from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM. I chose the Royal Tea package, which includes a scone, your choice of quiche or soup, four assorted tea sandwiches, assorted petit desserts, and a pot of tea. Since I couldn't decide, I added both the quiche and soup for an additional $5, bringing my total to just $40. The soup and quiche were both delicious, although they were more of an oversized amuse-bouche portion than a full serving. The flavors, however, were outstanding. The tea sandwiches were equally enjoyable. While all four varieties were tasty, my favorites were the cucumber and chicken salad sandwiches. The highlight of the meal was the scone served with crème fraîche and raspberry honey jam. It was absolutely mouthwatering and truly elevated the entire tea experience. The assortment of petit desserts was also wonderful, especially the creamy cheesecake, which was my personal favorite. What made the experience even better was the outstanding service. Lilly and Chrissy did a wonderful job throughout our visit. They were attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed from start to finish. Their hospitality really enhanced the afternoon. I also appreciated that the venue is wheelchair and mobility-friendly, making it accessible and comfortable for guests with mobility concerns. It would be a wonderful venue for birthdays, bridal showers, baby showers, ladies' gatherings, or any special occasion that calls for a memorable afternoon tea experience. Overall, this was a 10 out of 10 experience. The quality, presentation, service, atmosphere, and value were exceptional. As Taste & Sea continues to grow and develop its High Tea service, I'm excited to see what enhancements they introduce in the future. My only concern? Once more people discover this experience, there may be a waiting list! If you're considering trying it, I highly recommend making a reservation. It is a tremendous value and a wonderful way to spend an afternoon. P.S. Before leaving, I took a look at the dinner menu, and several items caught my eye--especially the Toasted Brie and the Chicken Cordon Bleu. Based on my High Tea experience, I'll definitely be returning to give dinner a try.

I'm skeptical when it comes to buying steamed crabs since I cook my own; but Jae's did an excellent job. I ordered a dozen large spicy male crabs. The claws and legs were full of meat and flavorful. If you're looking for steamed crabs without the disappointment, check out Jae Seafood . I purchased early in the day around 1130-noon, the quality and service was great. I heard of this place before but hadn't been and luckily they were still open that late so we headed over there. It was a Friday night, so the place was pretty full, with music playing throughout with some people our aged mixed on the college students there. We lucked out with two seats at the bar. For drinks, I initially ordered the Blue Rock Lemonade - in my mind I thought it would taste or be similar to lemonade cocktail drink I've had before... It was not that lol. Though I normally do like drinks on the sweeter side, this one was too much for me. But it may appeal to others taste. I ended up just asking for the same thing my boyfriend got which was a Margarita (I think pineapple flavor) which was much more satisfying. Again, we both were hungry and didn't feel like sharing apps or being there too late since we had to get up early. The Seafood Linguine caught my eye, so I ordered that while he got the Fish 'N Chips. There's was different in that they used catfish - we are used to seeing cod or haddock - but it came out pretty good. My dish was also pretty good, with a good mixture of seafood (shrimp, crab meat, mussels, clams) in it. We would come here again - earlier time though - to check out other items on the menu.

What didn't do it for me at Snuff Mill: (1) The aged NY strip was just ok; I've had more tender steaks at random chains. (2) None of my 3 cocktails was a homerun. (3) Seems like the reservation system is deliberately wonky (nothing available online for the day I wanted but no problem when I phoned). (4) I've had better meals for half and even one-third the price. Service was professional and attentive. The dining room size is small and might inhibit conversation, but you'll be fine once the alcohol kicks in.
