I bought a dryer two weeks ago and I was very happy with the service I got…read more They didn't try to pressure me to buy a more expensive dryer than I needed. They also don't charge for electrical cords, vents, and disposal of the old appliance etc. as many of the big stores do. They delivered my dryer the day after I bought it. The guys that delivered and set it up were very good, pleasant and efficient. The last time I bought an appliance from a big box store, the man who delivered it gave me a hard time because he had to switch the door of the washer from the right to the left which the store knew it needed to do. At F &H they did the same thing without the hassle. I have also used this store for years to repair my appliances which had not been purchased there. Excellent repair service. A plus is that this is a locally owned store! Becky S.

Kirk correctly predicted the screw I failed to tighten just by looking at the video. I can't recall receiving better service. 6 stars!
