This is really nice place. Looks clean and smells nicely. Me and my friend went today( Sunday) but unfortunately only one of us could get massage because there was only one lady and we didn't have much time. She did excellent job on my friend. I will just come some other time. It's very affordable. They have chairs, not the best for your back and knees but nicely decorated with fresh towels. Parking was a breeze. One thing I can see as a definite turn-off for many folks is the manager, Sue. She is an older, quite pleasant Chinese old lady, in fact, and speaks the best English there (as part of the odd rotation, rarely would another lady be helping). She's more of a hard-nosed, go-with-me-I-can-be-friendly, all-is-cool, sort of person. However, she also has a husky-esque voice, sometimes smokes outside, can chat alot (and aloud)---and does not appreciate anything short of a decent tip* (which I agree, because it's hard work, she does an awesome job AND forty-five fucking bucks / hr is way below average). Also, she appreciates customers but sometimes doesn't "focus" on them, if that makes sense. You have to [learn to] brush aside certain factors to actually enjoy/appreciate the value here. Anyway, it's a nice, clean facility for this King Plaza complex. Sue usually has 1 lady and few men helping the afternoon with less during the evening into the night. I think there are a few specials, not sure. It can be chilly in back so try asking for extra cover/towels. If the foot water is too hot, whether it's Sue or a 0-english-speaking person, don't force yourself and send a signal to the person: "Ow, too hot!" -wait a few seconds, try again; you can also just act with your feet's natural reflex to hotness, et al... And yes, sometimes they nap because when it's slow, they do 1 of many things--or any combination: sleep, go on internet, etc... Maybe it's my thick skin? Who knows. I recommend this value and service in this part of town. Don't forget some water afterwards! *When I was in a table session awhile back, a lady next door to me (who had a translator with her to communicate with Sue) was saying how great of a job she does and very much wants to see her again in the future. Finishing a bit before me, I'm waiting behind them to pay. Long story short, she (customer) says don't charge more than $45 (1 hr table fee) because any more and it will deny (insufficient charge....). The location seemed kind of unsafe since the massages were next to the front door and felt unsafe. The price is good, and the time is good. 5 stars simply for the price and comfort. Went with two buddies the other day and I recommend calling ahead of time to set an appointment so you don't end up waiting. The best thing about this place is definitely the price for the quality massages you get. I'm pretty sure its the most bang for your buck. We all got the combo massage (foot, head, shoulders, back, leg, arms, hands and paid $30/hr + tip). Very relaxing, but I wish they did my head more because head massages are my favorite. Masseuses are nice and friendly. Their English is not bad, just remember to talk CLEARLY and SLOWLY so they understand. The one I had was being too gentle with my arms but I just told her "More power" and it was fine. The masseuses did talk for a little during our massage but I've been in Thailand where its straight conversation and giggling (a vibe I kinda like) so I didn't mind. I arrived around 3pm on a Friday afternoon and the place was completely empty except for two women working there. Both were very kind and the one who did my treatment was very strong. She was also attentive to my comfort, asking me a couple timed throughout the treatment if I was OK with the pressure and if I wanted more or less. I had the 1 hour foot massage treatment which included the warm water foot soak and head/shoulder/arm massage. Entire thing for $25. They also had a printed menu with a few other treatment options which included full-body massages very inexpensively. The only drawback was the women had conversations with each other several times during my massage. They had nice music playing and I was able to relax well, but the relaxation was broken when they would talk to each other. I would hope that they wouldn't do that if they were both working on a client or if there were more customers there. I am pleased that this establishment is located on the Light Rail line and less than a block away from the Othello station. It is upstairs in a shopping center which has a very large parking lot for those driving. read more

My parents love to get massages here. It's cheap. Period. But before YOU jump onto the bandwagon, here are a few heads up -As suggested by the name. This is an Asian place. Which means a few things. There's no meditation music in the background. No menu offering different types of massage. No waiting room. Nothing. Nada. Zip. -The layout is strange. You enter and there is a lady to your left next to a cash register. Straight ahead (10 feet away) are 2 rows of massage beds. WTF. Communal massages? (good thing is you keep your clothes on) -Pricing. 6 massages for $150. Each massage includes a 30 min full body massage and then a 30 min foot massage (where you soak your feet in an herbal soup). Other options are available. -Parking: 2 large lots. Usually packed with bad drivers trying to get to the grocery store or the deli. read more

I have been to so many massage places in my life and this is by far the worst experience I've ever had. Not only was the guy smoking cigarettes right before he massaged me but he called multiple people on speaker phone while performing a massage. At the end I It's still nice enough to give a five dollar tip and somehow ended up giving him a seven dollar tip. When I asked what the two dollars was for it was for a credit card transaction fee for the bank they said. There's no sign nothing saying that there's going be a transaction fee If a credit card was used. I should've went with my gut when I walked into the facility and walked right out. I almost gave this place 5 stars just because I want to help them out...but in reality, it is a solid 4-star establishment. My husband and I went here for a massage on a very rare child-free day this past Saturday. We were greeted by the manager/owner woman who makes up for her English proficiency in loudness. But she wasn't rude. There were a total of 6 large leather chairs in the main room. (I am told there are 2 rooms separated by curtains in the back.) We were seated right away but were told to wait a bit as there were 2 other people being massaged. My husband waited 10 minutes and I waited about 20. Not a big deal. The prices, as I can recall: $25 for a foot massage (I think this includes a brief neck/shoulder massage) $30 for a "combination" massage that is a 30-min foot massage and a 30-min body massage $45 for a full body massage We both got the combination massage. They all seem to speak Mandarin. Some speak Cantonese. My masseur was quite fluent in English. My husband's wasn't but this did not pose a problem. They made sure that the water temperature was appropriate before the foot soak. Then worked on your upper body, moved to feet after soaking a while, and then back to body. There was definitely a method to what they were both doing and they were consistent. They also asked at different points (judging by our non-verbal reactions) whether we were doing okay. I'm 4 months pregnant and the masseur was very understanding of this. He said a couple of weeks ago, a woman who was 7 months pregnant came in for a massage and she was very happy with it. One thing I was not a big fan of was the Chinese/French/Vietnamese music CD that they used. There were maybe 10 songs and they were put on repeat. The volume was a little bit "not calming." Also doesn't help that one very verbose Cantonese-speaking patron was on the phone for about 10 minutes. Ugh! Tips: -They do charge for credit card use. I think it's $1 for anything up to $40, $2 for charges between $40-60, etc. -We tipped in cash and I would recommend doing the same so that the workers get to keep the money (maybe). Overall, the place seemed clean, the ambiance was okay (dimmed room, white Christmas lights), and the massage was definitely relaxing. A good experience and I would go back again. read more

First of all, I think the service and the environment there outweight the money I've paid. I don't wanna try the full body massage for the first time, cuz I am not sure of their skill. So I tried the next level treatment called "combo" which means half an hour of foot massage, and the other half an hour to be body massage at the price of $30. It was a gentlemen did my treatment. He knows massage very well and ask me few time to ensure the pressure is right. I definitely recommend him to everybody. The muscle of my neck and back are very tense cuz I using laptop and sit too much...anyway, after the treatment I feel released but still a little pain on my back, so I asked him why. And he told me that he has been doing massage for years and I will be fine after a good night sleep. So I trusted him! and I feel really relaxed the next day, thinking my muscle tension disappear!!! if i could give this place a negative five stars, i definitely would. i came here with my sister at 8p on a whim, we didn't think we need an appointment, considering that they didn't have any customers when we came in. when the enter the establishment, the lady there was knocked out snoring loudly on the recliner. i initially thought that it was a knocked out customer. we waited for at least 5 minutes before someone came out to realize that they have customers. it was then that the broad woke up and start having attitude. one of the gentlemen there asked if we wanted the combo and we said yes. while he and the other fellow go retrieve the bucket, the lady (still on the recliner) says "you get only 30 mins, feet only. i have appointment 8:45p." ugh, are you serious? eff this, we walked out of there. mind you, we were there at 8:00p. sorry to bust your bubble, but you are NOT the only reflexology in town. king dynasty, i think not. more like king of the NASTY. i would NOT recommend this place to anyone. $30+tip for an hour massage can't be beat. My boyfriend and I came here on a Tuesday afternoon and we were quickly seated. The manager/owner and her staff were very nice as well & it was easy to communicate with them regarding what we wanted. The seats/table were comfortable, but the atmosphere itself wasn't that relaxing since the seats weren't situated in private rooms so every time a customer would come in you would see/hear them. Unfortunately this is common in asian foot spas. The massues would talk amongst each other which was also distracting. As far as the massage itself, my boyfriend thoroughly enjoyed it. For myself, it was 70% enjoyable and 30% painful. She did ask if everything was okay during the massage, but I was to embarrassed to tell her it felt like bone was being rubbed against bone. lol Overall, I would recommend them for the price. read more

I've been here twice and I'm definitely not going back. Each time, I waited at the counter so I could tell someone what I wanted, but each time I was brusquely told to sit down in a chair and service began immediately. The massages are pretty good (parts were painful), but the people doing the massages don't really speak English. The first time, I didn't understand what service I was getting, so I objected to being billed for the more expensive, combo massage when I had just gone for the foot massage. The manager billed me for just the regular foot massage and I left a tip. Tonight, I went because I have a sore leg from dancing and I specifically wanted extra attention paid to my right calf. I tried to explain to the man doing my massage before it started, but he didn't seem to understand. I got a lovely one-hour combo massage, but I really just wanted the foot massage with extra work on my leg. After I paid, I asked the manager how to get just a foot massage if I came again. At this point, she raised her voice very loudly and made quite a scene. She was yelling that I only paid $25 last time and that I "didn't talk," that I need to say "foot only" when I arrive. The massage folks don't speak English and she never met me at the counter to ask which service I wanted, so I'm a little confused what she would want me to do. She seemed upset that I didn't tip, but I was waiting to pay the tip directly to the man who had done my massage. He was waiting to open the door for me, but the yelling and the conflict was drawing out the entire process of leaving.
