I brought my 2020 Infiniti Q50 a couple of days ago which had a dent on the front bottom bumper, plus I needed some touchup work on the outside of the car due to scratches, rocks from 287, etc... This is a zero star location. Everyone left 30 minutes before closing and I could not get my vehicle released to me. Business practice is shadey for sure. They have "relationships" with auto recovery businesses and they "store" your car at King Crash, and then they scam you into getting work done here. They did everything possible to make it inconvenient for me to get my vehicle back. And get this, they then charged $550 to tow my car 4 miles from Rt 287. Then they charged another $550 to "store" my car at their lot for 1 day. I would say this borders on CRIMINALITY. I would NOT TRUST this business with my property. I think they will not do it right, and I think they may even cheat you. I have a very bad overall opinion of them. STAY AWAY. read more

I hit a deer brought my car in just to get a quote, spoke down to me and my my aunt who was with me, refused to take my car because I informed of a previous accident and asked me why I didn't bring it to him. This use to be a great place to get quality work done at reasonable pricing and I had used and referred them numerous times over two decades. Now, it has an owner who thinks playing Solitaire is more important then attending to customers. Rather than, "how can I help you" its a look that makes you want to turn around and walk out. This said, sometimes you can overlook bad service with good work but the work they do is absolutely amateur hour now. Absolutely subpar and while maybe adequate for a 20+ year old Chevy, it doesn't cut it for a newer higher end car. Had to have work redone through insurance as the original job (that I paid cash) was just so bad (really bad Bondo special) I had no choice although I will say he agreed to waive the deductible for that previously paid. This said, there are many other options out there with business people who actually want the business and treat their customers right so I would highly suggest looking elsewhere. read more

Update in reply to business owner: Took you three years to reply? Your reply is very much like the conversation we had at your shop, you refused to stand by your work. Yes I did ask you to paint an aftermarket bumper (plastic), but if you recall I brought the car to the shop BEFORE work was started for you to examine and estimate. I was told there would be no issue at all after the bumper was inspected in person. Never once mentioned your aversion to parts you did not source. Next we agreed to paint the bumper OFF THE CAR to do the job correctly. You took the job and was assured me of your capabilities. The work was done quickly and I did not hear from the shop until the paint was complete. The paint has an extreme amount of orange peel and NO PRIMER was used. The paint is now flaking off and there is no primer at all underneath. The bumper was left ON the car due to the sloppy overspray I had to clean off myself, on the headlights and radiator. ' You made no attempt to call me before work was started, correct your error, or offer a discount for marginal work. Would you be happy with this service I wonder? read more

Horrible service. Over charged me. They charged me for a clean up and there is still metal sitting on the side of the road and I picked up all my car parts. They were very rude when I went to release my car. And they charged me an extra $95 dollars to drive the car two towns over. The owner is a crook and a cheat. When they say they tow for free within 20 miles and will give estimate, beware!!!!! This place towed my car, never gave an accurate estimate despite calls each day and then held car for ransom until 720 dollars was paid which they stated was for storage, towing, yard charge and administrative fee and tear down( which they didn't even do). I don't know if any of you have used KING CRASH AUTO BODY REPAIR, but I know there will be no way in the future I would use this company! On Saturday evening I was dropping off my father's car, which had broken down that afternoon. I was borrowing the car, so he was the one who had come to pick me up. He had parked out of the way of the tow truck that was dropping off his car on the other side of the lot and as we were wrapping things up with the tow truck driver and getting info out of the car to leave with the Mc Peeks Tire and Auto Service, a tow truck driver from across the lot started yelling at us. It sounded to me like he was questioning if we were taking a car off the lot - like stealing it. We started yelling back that we were leaving one, thinking he was part of Mc Peeks. None of us had used Mc Peeks before, but a friend of my parents had recommended them, so since they now had a problem with the car, they wanted to try them out after hearing good things about them. We didn't realize there was another company on the same lot. My dad went to talk to the driver thinking he was a part of Mc Peeks to let him know we were dropping the car and I see this guy yelling at my dad! He's throwing his arms around and carrying on like he was pissed! I asked my dad what his problem was and the driver was mad because my dad was in his space. My dad said he tried to say to the guy that he was sorry he didn't realize he was in a parking space, since it was not marked as one, and that he had just been trying to stay out of the way of the car being dropped off, but you could tell by the way he kept yelling and slamming his door and storming around, that he didn't care. My dad moved the car, the guy parked his truck and then stormed into the office next to where we were filling out the envelope to drop the key. As I watched this man treat my 79 year old father with such disrespect, I knew right then and there that I would never give business to a company that would treat people that way and I would let all my friends know too that this company does not deserve anyone's business if they are going to treat people with such disregard. This gentleman did not even know why we were there. We could have been bringing business to them! He made it very clear that he did not care if it was business for them or the other company and that the only thing he cared about was getting his parking space. I don't care how well King Crash can repair a car after it's been wrecked. If they can't treat people with respect, they don't deserve my business! read more
