We contacted a manager leaving over the phone because this happened when I was getting my second plate of food, had no appetite after being yelled at like that and left in tears. The manager said he'd "talk" to her. No, unacceptable. Do better. You shouldn't have an employee speaking to your customers like that at all let alone SCREAMING at them. We will never be going back here again and will be spreading the word at how horrid the staff is. We didn't even get offered a refund or anything of the sort. Waste of our time and money. That lady needs fired. Point blank. Don't go here unless you want to be treated like garbage. The food isn't even good either, 0/10 do not recommend whatsoever all around.

Hollywood Gaming & Casino absolutely deserves a 5-star review. From the moment we arrived, the…read moreentire experience felt welcoming, polished, exciting, and genuinely enjoyable. One of the first things that stood out right away was the parking. There is plenty of space, it feels safe, well-organized, and easy to get in and out of, which makes a huge difference before you even walk through the doors. It immediately gave us peace of mind and set the tone for a great visit. Once inside, everything continued to impress us. The atmosphere was lively and fun without feeling overwhelming, and the overall environment was clean, comfortable, and inviting. We truly felt welcomed the entire time we were there. That kind of hospitality matters, and Hollywood Gaming & Casino made us feel like valued guests from start to finish. What really made this visit stand out, though, were the restaurants. We had the chance to enjoy Take Two Grill, Zombie Dogs, and the Sports Grill on the top floor, and every one of them was excellent. It is not often that you go somewhere with multiple food options and can honestly say that everything was very good across the board, but that was absolutely our experience here. Take Two Grill was fantastic. The food was fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared, and the service made the whole experience even better. Zombie Dogs was equally impressive, offering delicious food with its own fun personality and style. It was memorable, satisfying, and definitely a place we would gladly return to. The Sports Grill on the top floor was another highlight. Great food, great atmosphere, and a really enjoyable setting that made the meal feel even more special. Each restaurant had its own appeal, but all three delivered quality, flavor, and a consistently positive experience. What impressed us most was that everything felt right. The food was excellent, the service was warm and welcoming, the atmosphere was enjoyable, and the property itself felt safe, convenient, and well-run. When you combine amazing parking, a welcoming environment, and three very good restaurant experiences all in one visit, it makes for an outstanding time. Hollywood Gaming & Casino clearly puts effort into creating a place where guests can relax, have fun, eat well, and feel comfortable. We left very happy with our experience and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a fun outing with great food and a welcoming atmosphere. Everything was perfect, and we will definitely be back. Five stars all the way.

You pay first and I don't usually tip until after I eat; I did not leave a tip. My water was brought to me and never saw her again. Also, there were no spoons for the soup; all the spoon holders had forks. I had wonton soup so I was able to use my fork, but the dumplings were nasty; they needed to be cooked more and hardly anything inside of them. The only good thing on the buffet was the crab rangoon. Also, it was very dark in there; guess they were trying to save on the electric bill which I supposed would explain why the buffet table was not on and producing heat.
