I've never had a server make me feel so special, welcomed, and genuinely seen. Most servers refill drinks. Victor refills your soul. I swear the man has a sixth sense. My glass is never empty; it's like he teleports with perfect timing. He somehow manages to be everywhere at once -- helping other tables while still making each guest feel like they're his top priority. That level of service isn't trained -- it's a gift. You can tell he loves what he does, and it makes the whole dining experience feel premium, even though you're at a buffet. Overall, I rather stay at other Marriott properties. The extra money isn't worth staying here.
