Awful customer service We got gifts from friends for our…read morebabies (twins). We tried to exchange then today with a gift receipt for a bigger size and encountered two problems: 1). The gifts were bought at an outlet of the same brand in North Carolina, and their policy does not allow regular stores to receive exchanges from outlet stores. This is a problem in their policy. 2). The two women in the store gave awful customer service. They did not provide any options other than going to the outlet in North Carolina were the gifts were bought, and we live in Atlanta. Their attitude was extremely snotty I subsequently called the store in North Carolina. The store manager there was very nice on the phone and did give an option to mail the gifts, and she would mail us store credit. While I am thankful to her for giving me an option around the problematic company policy, in practice I do not have time to go to a post office, pay to send the gift back, etc Hence, I wish the company reviews and changes their policy, and especially, I wish they better train their employees in customer service.

They did not have the size I needed in several, similar boot styles but I was able to get something in a completely different shoe (no refunds after 10 days, just store credit and I wasn't sure when I'd be able to get back there). The lady that helped me on my return trip was neither friendly or very helpful. The lady that helped me originally was busy with another customer (fine), and I DO NOT mind waiting, I teach my daughter all the time that you have to 'Wait your turn'. What I do not like when it comes to customer service is no acknowledgement of your presence, standing around until someone acknowledges that you exist (the store is VERY small, you can't be missed), being helped like there are a million other things you could be doing with your time and ultimately feeling like you could either take or leave my business. This is not a big-box shop, I never understood this attitude when it came to small business owners. Go for the shoes and the selection, take a gamble on the experience.
