Way surprising ramen place before hitting the Eurostar train. Great noodles and flavor. Great way to order and add to your order. You walk up to a kiosk and order what you want. Slide down and grab edamame or karaage chicken. Pay and wait. Honestly. This hit the spot. Not sure why this place isn't more popular. Not to mention you can get spicy tuna rice balls for your travels. Grab a few and hit the train or put it in your bag as you shop and eat as a snack. Was delish.

The food here was surprisingly decent. We got the udon and the laksa soup and they were both pretty flavourful. This was at a train station as well so I wasn't expecting much in terms of taste and quality of the food. Price is also decent for the portion.

Great place to grab a quick meal before boarding your train. Interesting Japanese dishes with an element of personalisation - I had an option to add certain things to my broth, like fried onions, leek, etc. I didn't really like their ordering system - they call out the dish by name rather than order number - so my order was grabbed first by someone else by mistake. During the Covid times, i don't appreciate much strangers grabbing my food.

For a restaurant at the train station, this was a solid udon spot that is a quick and easy meal if you're in a hurry! The portions were huge and the broth was rich. I would pass on the tempura items as they were pretty soggy. Overall, a solid spot for when you're pressed on time.

Amazing to find such good food at a train station! You can get several dishes with fresh handmade noodles as well as some rice dishes that you can order at a screen and then bring the receipt to the counter to pay. I had the Kitsune Noodles that I liked a lot. Noodles themselves were really good, the broth was delicate and the fried tofu gave a really nice sweetness to the dish. It was also a pretty large portion for the price (£7.20).

Dried out asparagus inside. Hard dense tempura batter outside. Just awful.

The udon is really nice and I also tried the rice ball. It's full of prawns. Really yummy. Definitely going back next time

The taste was flavorful. The portion size was generous. The price was reasonable. The hole-in-the-wall vibe was wholesome. And the fact that they straight up started talking to me in Mandarin was like... yeah y'all are totally authentic. I don't really have stuff to say about the individual dishes because everything that I have attached to this review is a hit, and for anyone coming through, it will pretty much just be a choice of preference on the meat included in the noodles. Whichever type of meat one likes will be the noodles that one should end up going with. I chose the beef flank one, and there was just a lot of tender beef flank included in my broth and I was happily eating everything and drinking the broth ferociously. You just can't go wrong with whichever you choose. This would definitely be a place that I would recommend anyone around the area! 10 out of 10 without a doubt.

There were three in our group which was suggested one starter and one main per person. I had the Gozen bento which was sashimi of high grade along with salad, sticky rice and miso soup for £20. It was divine. I also sampled some of my partner's tempura bento. Prepared well it was crispy and fresh. The third in our party had sashimi which was super fresh and delicious. We shared pork gyoza and agedashi tofu. Amazing. Everyone left happy with quality and price. They have a stellar drink menu from beer to shochu, sake and cocktails. Everything was on point. The dessert menu was tempting but everyone was too full to order. I will definitely be back for an enjoyable date night or even to entertain colleagues. A great place without breaking the bank.
