The cinnamon roll was pretty big, amd delicious. The brown butter donut was also really tasty. My wife enjoyed her latte and I had a strange gut espresso. Now, that being said, the young lady working early this morning was so unfriendly. She rolled her eyes when she saw us walking up, did not make any kind greeting and seemed fully bothered by our presence. We also had to get our own coffee from the containers on the counter- not a big deal however the one we wanted was empty and because she was so rude and unpleasant we were uncomfortable asking her to refill it. Which is so awkward. These are totally fixable things, and should deter nobody from seeking this cute spot out. Just get on the same page, hopefully you have cameras and can watch her early morning interactions.

I jsut wished they had the screen that popped up so I could tip in private... kinda funny would go back.

My husband got the drip coffee and he said it was the best he'd had on the west coast, I can confirm the coffee had incredible berry-forward, rich flavors. The vibes inside Witness Coffee Roasters is so chill, too. You can request a vinyl album to be played. Our barista was incredibly knowledgeable about coffee drinks, we enjoyed chatting with him. Also, their vegetarian-forward menu looks great. While their inside is super cozy, they do have a few outdoor tables in the front for folks with dogs.
