Both services rarely go out and if they do it's usually due to an area wide outage or a storm. Those have been pretty few and far between fortunately. The times we have had to call to have a tech sent out, the company has always been polite and prompt. Usually they arrive within an hour, sometimes less, and the gentlemen doing the work are ally's professional and courteous. I don't think you could ask for anymore from a small town company. They really are great and are quick to get any issues you may have solved.
