Their prices are quite reasonable. Many items are up to 80% off what you would pay for great clothes and bags. They also have some nice art now and again it is all fairly priced. This is not a Salvation Army type store, yes, all items are used, but all are designer or something you may have seen in a store. They do not have a huge vintage section and that is fine. It has just really nice things that I would end up paying a lot more for new. The service is great. The staff is nice and knows what is in the store and where. If you are looking for a nice bag, they have it or some nice clothes. I have bought a few things there and I have never been disappointed.

The designs are great and the value is good, but a bit more warmth and attentiveness would make a world of difference. The quality is unparalleled, but hands down I fell in love with the Vixen shop because of their sweet, lovely shop manager, Lisa. She is so warm and welcoming - has gone above and beyond to help me find the right size and encourage me to try new styles. She is absolutely the sweetest. I'd say I'm going to miss her, BUT I heard they will be opening a new store for their sister brand, La Femme En Noir, that Lisa will also run. Let me just say: she BETTER! To me, she is as iconic to the brand as Micheline herself! These gorgeous clothes will surely be missed, but I'm truly hopeful that the closing of the Vixen brand, will be an expansion of LFEN. It has absolutely been a beautiful experience while it's lasted, and thanks to the incredible workmanship of the Vixen brand, I am confident I will continue to enjoy my amazing frocks for years and years to come. I'm sure they have more sizes in the back, but that's not a great look in the era of body positivity. I still love the brand, but unfortunately the store was a miss for me. I love how Farm Rio mixes and matches various prints with each other, creating a new and unique look. For today, I stopped by after work and was greeted by Kacey. She was excellent. She provided great customer service and was attentive to my shopping needs. The store is clean, open and airy. I love the decor inside and the changing huts aka changing rooms.
