Mike one of the store's owners, provided excellent customer service by not just fixing my error but taking the time to talk to me about his store's collection. I got two coats, and even though it's not the season right now, I had to get them because they were just too beautiful and the prices were too good. They couldn't sell them because they lost the key to unlock the block thing that the alarm goes off if cut. Again, I gave my number and today, they called and found the key. Went back and got the adidas.
