It has a nice collection of compounding pharmacy collectibles on its shelf ( likely not for sale). Forgot to ask if it is a compounding pharmacy. Those are harder to find. I will go back. There is also a concrete bench to sit on outside if you are waiting for someone. However bench sits low. The one down at corner of sidewalk ( nearby) sits higher. It is not a big pharmacy but it is large enough to feel it is fully functioning.

I was waiting for a very long time because she and the tech Leona were busy chit-chatting about blouses. They cared for someone before me who had gotten there after me. Instead of apologizing, Danielle made it super awkward but got her revenge by making me wait 25 minutes for an in-and-out flu shot. She seemed super uncomfortable around me and muttered under her breath as I left. I did not complain more than initially saying I had been waiting since before she helped the couple who came in after me. Apparently that was too much for Danielle who was too flustered to do her job efficiently. I would definitely get a routine flu shot elsewhere or on Danielle's day off.

I have been a customer at this location for MANY years. I call my local pharmacy, she was dumbfounded, told me this prescription was not able to be transferred and that I need a new one from my doctor. geezus, do they speak to each other? SO, I call back Woodland Hills. I asked to speak to a manager, oh guess what, she left..of course. I spoke to some lady who was ruder that the first dude. Now, all of a sudden, they don't have my order anymore, even though I see it on my CVS app. At this point, I am beyond frustrated. Hung up with zero resolution, I then called CVS Caremark, who runs my prescription, she had NEVER heard of CVS doing this. This is still CVS and not a whole different pharmacy. She gets nowhere. You would think they would give me the courtesy of filling this due to being out and NEVER being told this "policy" NOPE, UNWILLING TO HELP ME. At this point, i will be calling my union today to see what other pharmacy is covered by my insurance and I will be transferring out of CVS, This is all due to the 2 "customer service" reps at Woodland Hills.
