If you are tired of wasting your time and money I would recommend Cathy Resler. She is an empathetic, honest and sincere person who is more than willing to hold your hand and guide you on a path to a richer and more meaningful life. Having just moved to California I had many demons that needed addressing. I just happened upon her advertisement. Best thing that could have happened. Not only did I address the obvious problems that were wreaking havoc on my life, I also found a multitude of unconscious issues that Cathy coached me through in a gentle and nurturing manner. I have absolutely no doubt that Cathy can help you become a more conscious and fulfilled human being.

I appreciated both experiences of Tarot reading and Hypnotherapy, and found the sessions helpful. Isabella shared insights and perspectives that were valuable as I was making a few important decisions. I appreciated her thoughtful approach, professionalism, and warm, personable demeanor. The session gave me the space to ask questions, and think through possibilities in a supportive environment. If you're looking for guidance or a fresh perspective through tarot, coaching, Reiki, or hypnotherapy, I'd recommend giving Isabella a try. In my experience, her insights were thoughtful and accurate and very helpful. 5 stars!

I was thoroughly impressed immediately after my past life reading with Bella! I waited a week to…read morewrite a review to make sure it stuck, and I'm stunned. Not only did Bella bring so much energy and information instantly to the reading (with very little information from me), all the lives she tapped into made so much sense for me in many ways. I was edge-of-my-seat fascinated the whole time. I love how she taps into the past lives herself, taking the pressure off you, allowing you to retain a sense of control and ability to ask questions and take notes throughout. Even after all that, the most worthwhile takeaway for me was the energy clearing she provided at the end for my energy centers affected by all the past lives. It was super quick at the end and affected me in big positive ways that I (and my husband) noticed almost immediately. And I'm still receiving imagery from my dreams reflecting these lasting changes in my subconscious. Truly amazed. Highly recommend!

When I was looking into hypnosis, I did not know enough about it yet to be able to trust it. I had…read morethose old-school ideas that somehow, hypnosis was going to make me sleep and it just didn't make sense to me on that level. From doing hypnosis, I have more of a connection to where things came from in my past and now a peace to be able to work with those aspects in real time. Today, I feel I have more control over my mind and more power and tools to get out of my own way. Even though I maintained a level of skepticism, working with Eric felt like I was catching up with an old friend and I was always left feeling more peaceful and in a better place. As a result, day to day, I have less anxiety, feel closer to my values, and I definitely sense that I have expanded in the field of spirituality.

Cons: The approach seemed like a one-size-fits-many solution, and maybe it does work for many, but the deeper we got into it, the less faith I had in it as something that was capable of specifically meeting my needs, and the more it just seemed like culturally appropriated mumbo jumbo by a dude who's going to spend 3 hours telling you that you're all better over Zoom, then go take his 5th vacation of the year to Hawaii. Bottom line: If anyone is here looking to solve substance-related issues, I'd strongly encourage you to look for help through a conventional medical provider, especially if you have health insurance. That approach will take more time and effort on your part, but the data shows that it usually pays off if you're willing to do the work. I paid almost nothing for a comprehensive program at Kaiser which used a multi-modal approach and led to a lasting solution (16 months and counting as of today) for my problems. For me, Eric's services were a waste of many hundreds of dollars. Spending the same amount on out of pocket sessions with a cognitive behavioral therapist would have yielded a better outcome.

With his guidance and the usage of the tools he shared with me, I was able to look beyond the "yucky" event that had landed me in his office as an opportunity to grow and change. I'm so very happy that I chose him and highly recommend his services to anyone who wants a change and who is willing to work with him and themselves. If it's the hypnosis part that has held you back from going to him, know that it is not the only tool available and he is very straightforward with realistic expectations, etc. Went back to see Dan for some anxiety issues that he was, once again, incredibly helpful with. I felt a lightness in my chest that hadn't been there for a week. This "reboot" session was part of my original package with him and it was nice to know that he was there to help me again when I needed him. I appreciate that the process is just that, a process and sometimes we just need a nudge to get back on track and this session was exactly that. Thank you, Dan Ross! Thanks for being great at what you do and being a calming, caring force in this world.

I also continued to feel better and better as the days went on in between sessions. I was consistently feeling lighter, happier and more motivated. Fast forward several months to today and I am feeling like an entirely new person. I was amazed at how quickly Dan was able to turn things around for me as I was feeling really hopeless. I highly recommend Dan to anyone suffering from stress and anxiety, this is the only thing that worked for me.

That there was always something to fix, something to heal, something to improve. Working with Sarah broke that pattern for me. Through our sessions, we were able to close loops I didn't even realize were still open. On a conscious level, I thought I had already "done the work." But at a subconscious level, there were still pieces waiting to be integrated. Sarah guided me gently and skillfully, even through the harder sessions. I always felt safe. Never rushed. Never judged. Just supported. After completing our work together, I feel lighter. More present. The constant feeling that I need to fix myself or prove something has finally quieted. I have already accomplished many of my external goals but internally I always felt like it was never enough. That cycle has stopped. I now feel whole rather than in progress. I genuinely appreciate the time I spent working with Sarah. I respect her as a practitioner and as a woman doing this work. It has been an incredibly meaningful experience and I would highly recommend her to anyone who feels ready for deep, subconscious transformation.

Sabrina demonstrated a high level of professionalism and presence, helping me ease into the session quickly. The Access Bars portion was especially impactful--my head, which had been tense for days, felt significantly lighter and more relaxed. Overall, this was a high-quality, well-guided session. What also impresses me is that Sabrina kept pushing the boundaries and exploring new methods like combining sound bath with other spiritual practices which she keeps learning. When I try to describe how she works... MAGIC. The best hour of my life: I woke up with a neck so sore and stiff I couldn't easily lift my head off the pillow. Could not turn my head toward either shoulder. I first thought I'd go to the chiropractor. No availability for a few days. I called Gwenn. She stood up the massage table and covered me with a cozy blanket. Then she cupped the base of my skull in her hands. For an hour? A day? I was completely in the moment. I didn't feel "massage" from her hands. instead I felt a warm sensation slowly spreading throughout my entire body, head to toe. When I got up, I could turn my head nearly all the way to either shoulder and the pain was greatly reduced. She is warm, intuitive, professional, and effective. Don't hesitate, get in touch.

I have seen several therapists, psychologists, and psychiatrists over the years for personal help and to help my son with his anxiety. All I can say is that I wish I had gone to Gwenn before seeing the others. She does everything the therapists do, but in a much quicker timeframe! And she gives you better tools to rewire your brain to avoid the unwanted behavior. She helped me understand why I was behaving in a certain way AND she gave me tools to use to change my future behavior. I honestly feel like you could go to a CBT therapist for 6 months or Gwenn for a few visits and come out ahead with Gwenn. She's that smart!

Carol has an open-minded soul and there is nothing she cannot help you with as she firmly believes we are all on our journey to become our greater self, and there is not a ill situation that she cannot help. I just had the added bonus of getting to enjoy Carol's welcoming space and getting a hug at the end of my session. :) I've had a number of regressions in my life, and, while I've learned to trust what comes up for me a lot more than I initially did, I still find my analytical mind kicking in and distracting me or worrying about what if I don't have anything to say when prompted, which is enough to paralyze me and kick my mind back into high gear. I felt like Carol could sense anytime I was starting to surface back to a more cognitive state and knew exactly what to say and how to re-direct me back into deeper relaxation, where I could access my subconscious, instead of my thinking, worrying mind taking over. If you've ever gone through a regression, you probably have experienced feeling at times like you're making up a story line, but, as Carol will remind you, it doesn't really matter if you're "making it up" or the information is "coming to you." What matters is there's a message in it for you, even if it's your imagination conjuring it up. (I personally believe it's more than imagination, and we tap into a vast sea of energetic information that the hypnotic state allows us to access, but, point is, you'll benefit whether you believe past lives are real or not.) I walked away from my session with some very valuable insights and experiences that I am still integrating. The healing continues long after your session. If you're on the fence about giving a regression a try, think no longer, and Carol is a wonderful therapist to gently and skillfully guide you through the process.
