She's unbelievably sweet, warm, empathetic, interesting, and knowledgeable. The kind of person you'd want to be around even if she wasn't massaging. We're so glad we met her! What really sets Aeriol apart -- besides her sweetness and professionalism -- at least for us, is that we didn't have to worry about details. She asked us about our physical situations and then did her thing. I didn't know what techniques would be used, and quite frankly didn't care. It was very freeing not to care. As alpha workaholic Silicon Valley information junkies, it was relaxing to be able to trust someone's competence and not micro-manage. It's wonderfully fulfilling to not have to be "on" when the purpose is to release tension. At the same time, we knew that we could say something if we wanted to, without offending. Aeriol made us feel awesome and also gave us great tips for how to maintain said awesomeness. I've been doing the stretches she gave me and they've made a world of difference to my low back! Now that I know how a healthy back is supposed to feel, I'm more mindful of sitting properly, taking more breaks from my desk, and finally movin' on up to a newer, bigger, more appropriate bed. Aeriol has relevant experience regarding sharing beds with furry four-legged creatures so no explanation of its intramuscular challenges was necessary -- love that!! We were so pleased with our experience that we purchased a gift certificate for close friends whom we know could benefit from her healing hands. Aeriol's emotionally supportive nature makes her an ideal practitioner for when you simply feel like crap and want to feel great. Thank goodness for her! Bookmark this for your bucket list, folks

I met Meredith at the gym pre-pandemic. I recalled that she does private yoga lessons and is a reiki practitioner. She came to mind when I decided to commit to private yoga sessions due to gym class scheduling issues Well, we are now regular clients ;-) Meredith delivers her yoga sessions with care and positive energy. She has a gentle voice, charming sense of humor, and a peaceful, caring manner that all together lend themselves to a successful session. She is very knowledgeable and makes the yoga session gentle enough for my stretch-impaired partner but challenging enough for me. She has flexible hours and is able to work with me in the evenings after work and dinner and weekends if needed. We feel much more relaxed and centered after a private session. We were lucky to know her as a resource when a family member became ill, because we then tapped into her reiki skills. He had major surgery having a portion of his colon and whole bladder removed. He had lost 50# and was weak and in pain. She used her skills and crystals to help his body and mind feel warm and clear. He was thrilled with the session and said that the last time he felt that good was a year ago. It was so worth it to see him feel so much more cheerful and comfortable. Meredith is a treasure! She provided the playlist (which was one more thing I could check off my to do list) and offered an essential oil mist for those who wanted it. Meredith had asked about a theme during our initial phone call and was able to tailor the various stretches/poses to compliment it. Throughout the session, Meredith asked the participants if they had any restrictions and offered alternatives. She even included some Somatic Yoga which was new and cool for everyone involved. Meredith was professional, yet casual. She is obviously very skilled/knowledgeable, but also approachable and kept the whole vibe feeling calm and relaxed. I was a little skeptic when my therapist asked me to try hypnotherapy. I imagined it would work…read moresomewhat like in the circus, the hypnotist would command a few words, I would blank out, fall down unconscious on a couch, and somehow new ideas would be put in my mind. I could not have been further from the truth. Andrea first is a highly trained mental therapist, using many different techniques to help clarify my ideas and thoughts. The first part of the session, about 1 hour, involves talking and doing an exercise such as NLP or Voice Dialogue to help clarify or resolve an issue. We were always able to create a scenario and script for the second part, the actual meditation. Meditation is at the root of hypnotherapy, you actually stay fully awake and aware during the hypnotherapy process. Aware here is the key word. I was so relaxed at times that I did fall asleep now and then in a few of the sessions, but still got the full benefit of the hypnotherapy. The second part of the session involves a meditation trance journey, that last about 30-45min. Andrea was able with her soft, soothing voice and visualization techniques to bring me into the deepest meditation level I have ever been. In the first half of the trance, Andrea guides me to deeply relax, and in the second half she brings in the script and scenario that was developed and agreed to in the first part of the session and "imprints" it deep in the mind. I had six sessions so far with Andrea, covering many aspects of my personality and character: journey into the past, journey into releasing shame, journey into self-love and self-acceptance, journey into self-esteem, journey into essential-self. Andrea records the second half of the session on a CDs, and I am able to use them any time as a custom-made guided meditation at home. The results are astounding: I have changed from a shy, soft-spoken, self-conscious introvert to a confident, soft-spoken, mild extrovert. No more breaking into sweats during meetings, heart palpitations, sweaty hands, sleepless nights before a presentation. I can start a conversation with any strangers any time, even in line at the supermarket, or with the cashier. I started taking group classes for dancing, swimming, yoga, Zumba, TRX, cooking, ... All I had always wanted to do before, but was too shy to register for, let alone attend the group classes. I started dating beautiful, successful women recently as well, meeting them on blind dates in social events, something I could not even imagine in my wildest dreams. In brief, I am living the life I had always wanted to have before the hypnotherapy, but could not articulate or even imagine. Before I did hypnotherapy, I spent over a few years working on behavioral therapy, I was part of a men's therapy group, and doing daily meditation. Progress was there, but slow. After I started hypnotherapy, that was like the catalyst that put all the pieces together for me. Within a month or so, I was a very different person. I would definitely recommend working with Andrea to anybody who is open to meditation, and to anyone who has a strong will to improve him/herself. I have been in and out of therapy over the past few years, and have learnt a lot about myself and how I relate to other persons, and how I got to behave these ways. We slowly peeled the onion, removed one layer of shame after another. Although I learn a lot about myself, and was able to express a lot of previously repressed or hidden thoughts, or learn to put feelings and emotions into words and express and communicate them, I was still very much the same person outside the therapists' office, and interacted with other people ( family, office workers, strangers) the same way I used to. With hypnotherapy, we did not try to find out what happened in the past for me to be the way I am today, how my character and behavior were shaped over the years, what emotions I feel or not feel during some hard events or during day to day events, etc... With hypnotherapy, we just discussed what I wanted to achieve, we did a trance, and ... voila, behavior suddenly changed over the next few days and become second nature over the next weeks and months. As long as you have an idea of what you want to change, and you feel really strong about why you want to change it ( for sake of kids, relationship, etc... you are in a point in your life when you know something has to change or else...), basically if you are strongly motivated to change, I would so much recommend to be open and fully embrace hypnotherapy. Be careful what you ask for though ! It will change your life for ever, no way to predict for the best or for the worse, it really depends how you will use and apply your new skills and make sure you do not let the genie out of the box uncontrolled. Hope this review is helpful, and you all get the same or better results than I did.

Testimonial for Jeannine L. Rashidi - The Trauma Alchemist I…read morewas a skeptic. My mind wouldn't let me forget what I had lived through. The memories were overpowering, dragging me back into harmful situations over and over again. The words used to degrade me were always at the forefront of my thoughts. Whenever my nervous system began to bubble up, I could feel the heat rise, the pit in my stomach form, and my mind would transport me right back to the environments where the abuse took place. I would go from bubbling inside, to overheating, to nausea, to such deep anxiety that all I could focus on were the physical, mental, emotional, and sexual traumas I had endured in my marriage. My mind froze. My body froze. I couldn't move -- not mentally, not physically. This internal struggle followed me for years. It didn't matter who I was with or where I was -- it was always there. Until I met Jeannine L. Rashidi, The Trauma Alchemist. When I first began working with Jeannine, I was desperate for change but had little hope. She gently asked my higher self to hold my lower self's hand. My immediate reaction was resistance -- no way. I had long separated my adult self from the wounded little girl inside me. As a child, my mom affectionately called me "Little Butt," and that name stayed with me. It seemed fitting to use it in this process to help distinguish between my younger self and my adult self. Still, I couldn't connect them. My mind wouldn't allow it. During one session, Jeannine guided me to visualize my safe space -- a quiet beach. But instead of peace, all I could see was my abuser laughing at me, taunting me with words like "You'll never make it." My safe space wasn't safe anymore. Then, suddenly, my mind shifted to the open ocean. I could feel the warm air on my face, smell the sun-kissed salty air, hear the seagulls calling and the dolphins dancing in the waves off the bow of a boat. There I was -- my younger self, standing on the bow, smiling. In that moment, my higher self reached down and took Little Butt's left hand in both of hers, holding on tight. Tears slowly began to fall from Little Butt's eyes -- and one by one, they streamed down my higher self's cheeks too. I didn't wipe them away. Jeannine gently invited me to have my higher self hug Little Butt. At first, I couldn't connect. But when I brought myself back to the ocean -- engaging all five senses -- suddenly, I saw it clearly. My higher self embraced Little Butt tightly and whispered, "I love you." Tears poured down my face and puddled on my desk. It wasn't fireworks. It was quiet, profound magic. I had never felt such relief and release all at once. In that moment, I felt like a new woman -- capable, free, and whole. I told myself, You are smart. You are beautiful. You are desirable. You are loved. The endless loop of trauma that had lived in my mind, body, and heart for years was gone. I felt a lightness, a lift -- a peace I hadn't known was possible. Since that day, I haven't been on rewind. My higher self now steps in before old patterns surface. I can feel the warmth of the sun, hear the seagulls, see the dolphins, and truly smell happiness. With Jeannine's extraordinary guidance, I have replaced the haunting images of my past with one powerful vision: my sun-kissed, smiling face -- embracing Little Butt with love and compassion. That is the magic of Jeannine L. Rashidi, The Trauma Alchemist.
