Now I have seen both Monica and Arthur for my injured knee and am extremely pleased with my progress. They are both extremely knowledgeable, very professional and have a wealth of experience to draw on. They are up to date with current therapies and treat the cause, not just the symptoms. They also take the time to listen to their clients and to explain why and what they plan for their clients. I highly recommend them both as excellent physiotherapists.

I had had a very severe shoulder/back pain early this year. I had finished two bottles of Advil…read more(extra strength) and two weeks of prescribed medicine in almost two months. But those drugs seemed to be not helping my pain at all. And I could not sleep at night because of the pain. Later, my family doctor had referred me to consult this physiotherapy clinic. I was amazed by the services offered by the physiotherapists at Poh. I had had two different professionals (Monica & Arthur) at the same period (twice a week with two specialists in different day). They individually designed the treatment for me and each time they would explain to me in details and also teach me different exercises in order for me to practice it at home. After all those treatments and practices, now my back is almost recovered. Recently, I am having treatment for my carpal tunnel syndrome of my both hands. I have experienced the pain and numbness for almost four years. The pain also affects my sleep. I was planning to have the operation for my hands, but finally I decided not to as I was told by the doctor and other professionals that the pain might come back if I worked as usual ---- that means I have to minimize the house work and cooking. How can I?? Since I have had the treatment for my hands (about 5 times), instead of the pain, now I only feel tingling or mild numbness sometimes. Besides Monica taught me the exercises that I can do it whenever I am free to ease my tiredness and maintain good condition of my hands. I would say thank you to Monica and Arthur for their help. And I would highly recommend this clinic to the ones who are also suffering from pain.

Suffice to say, with the work he's done and exercises + stretches he's given me, I'm confident I can reach my time goal for an upcoming half marathon. I've also seen Keane, Mitch and Partiba and all are wonderful and extremely knowledgeable practitioners. They didn't have another client they were juggling at the same time as me. Sandy was my therapist and her kind and professional treatment/advice was exactly what I was looking for. I've been to two other clinics where they gave me exercises while they went to check on other clients. While this may be fine for others I wasn't always 100% sure my exercises were right, sometimes I'd be waiting for the therapist to come back, and often felt I didn't need to pay to be there for so long. The appointment was great and totally worth my time and money. Easy to book online even for your first appointment. Highly recommended.

Not only is she extremely experienced and knowledgeable, but she always seems to be enthusiastic about holistic health. My physiotherapist Nico was late for both appointments. 2. My physiotherapist spent approximately 10 minutes with me during my entire visit. The rest of the time, I was either by myself or observed by a Kin grad that was watching over 6 other people. I did not receive cuing or have someone watching to make sure I did the movements wrong. I paid $70 to workout by myself. 3. When asking questions I was brushed off. Oh do this, it will help. What will it do? Just trust me... This is not 1 on 1 physiotherapy and disappointing that they take advantage of people in pain and looking for help. I was very disappointed in my experience here.
