I was amazed by the services offered by the physiotherapists at Poh. I had had two different professionals (Monica & Arthur) at the same period (twice a week with two specialists in different day). They individually designed the treatment for me and each time they would explain to me in details and also teach me different exercises in order for me to practice it at home. After all those treatments and practices, now my back is almost recovered. Recently, I am having treatment for my carpal tunnel syndrome of my both hands. I have experienced the pain and numbness for almost four years. The pain also affects my sleep. I was planning to have the operation for my hands, but finally I decided not to as I was told by the doctor and other professionals that the pain might come back if I worked as usual ---- that means I have to minimize the house work and cooking.
