One aspect of the office that always stood out to me was the encouragement board. I have a few little notes written anonymously hidden in slots of my wallet. Every so often one will fall out, or I'll stumble upon them. They are nice little refreshers. To the staff, all of you were very attentive and kind. I personally saw Cynthia, and Mo on my initial visit. They are thorough and patient. They don't make you feel different. They aren't pushy, they aren't judgmental. I felt understood and most importantly - safe. Thank you to the staff of Creekside, including Chris, and Monica. I'm sad I'm leaving this practice, but appreciative of the professionalism and unwavering kindness.

DO NOT GO HERE! my therapist recommended I come here for medication management after a diagnosis…read moreshe gave me. Firstly, it took 3 calls here to get someone to call me back. Then the first appointment I HAD to have was an intake with one of their therapist even tho I have my own. Then it took EIGHT weeks to see a psychiatrist Jessica Reiss who then also needed her own intake appointment which took an hour and a half. She not only clearly didn't believe me but also was condescending in her tone when asking about diet. I have lost 110 pounds and told her prior to asking about diet that I am a CPT and nutrition coach- she then asks "but do you follow it"... excuse me? DO YOU MAAM? Not only does she not take my therapist diagnosis but she makes me jump through hoops and turns me in to side show Bob requesting a questionnaire from my mother and a FRIEND be filled out THEN TWO WEEKS LATER an in office visit for her to take my blood pressure.... To "confirm diagnosis". Why is it that I need to jump through hoops when I've established a relationship with my own therapist. Why can't you do your job and make an assessment like all the other psychiatrist do? Nope.... This place is a joke and they make you coke back for as many visits as possible. Do not come here. Literally would rather never seek therapy again and won't. I'm done with shrinks. Y'all are the same. GATEKEEPING access to necessary medication is disgusting. I have NEVER sought out medication until this diagnosis before.... I've always turned down meds. ALWAYS! Imagine... finally wanting to get help and being met with roadblocks by YT women. Big shocker. Medical gatekeeping..... makes me wonder if this office is racist.

My wife, a generally straight woman fell in love with me as a person but needed some help understanding and incorporating sex into our relationship. Something she has done very well and is now proudly and functionally bisexual. To maintain a clear line of communication, seeing marriage/sex counselor has been paramount to our marriage success. The entire staff at this place has been professional, supportive and easy to work with. Scheduling is easy and the office environment is very relaxing. I highly recommend these professionals. They have been very open and nonjudgmental about our same sex marriage. We both feel very comfortable there.

Unfortunately, our experience since then has been extremely disappointing. She saw my son individually for two sessions and met with us as parents once before we had a family session after another issue arose. During that family session, she did not address the situation at hand, focused on irrelevant topics, and was dismissive when we tried to redirect the conversation--even after inviting us to 'correct her if she was wrong.' The way she spoke to us came across as rude and disrespectful, which only made our family's communication worse instead of better. To make matters worse, the session lasted only half the scheduled time, yet I expect we'll be charged the full amount. I left feeling angry, offended, and let down. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend her services, and I sincerely hope no other family goes through what we did.

At first I was with Kelly, she never really felt comfortable with me as an lgbt person. I could tell she wasn't really interested and really only asked the same three questions every appointment. It felt like a struggle to really get any kind of interaction or friendliness. I soon was switched to dr Campbell and things changed, I was happy to see my doctor and looked forward to each appointment. Now that she's left they asked me to come back to Prado and leave them good reviews. I do not feel comfortable as a trans person going back and the care I received was very limited. I loved this place but it's really gone downhill in the last five years

Not everything is perfect, but I'm grateful to have had this experience over other options and given a chance at a new life. I can't speak on their other programs I didn't use and the therapy portion wasn't my forte, but overall GRATEFUL. Side note, AMAZING food. There are complaints as with anywhere for sure, but I feel that most of the one star reviews are from people not willing to surrender or ready to do what it takes. If you are, their residential is a good first step. The BHT's made everything worth it, the upper level staff was disorganized and complacent, but overall I got more out of the experience then I bargained for.

I recommend this practice to every single person I know who is dealing with the heaviness of life and wants to understand themselves on a deeper level. The work is not easy but it is well worth it.
