My family and friends have purchased many used appliances from this business for incredibly low prices. It's true a few have needed repair, but the business always makes it right, whether it is a repair or replacement. I have a beautiful counter depth stainless steel kitchen-aid refrigerator that I paid about 20% of the original price. My son has a front load washer and dryer set that look new and he paid maybe 30% of the original price. All of their appliances are delivered for free and come with a warranty.

The team arrived with the replacement part on the first visit, and the scheduling timeframe was reasonable. A few weeks have now passed since Impact serviced my washer, and I have not had any issues since. I think some poor reviews may come from people not understanding that technicians are not magicians. Some repairs are more serious and cannot always be resolved immediately, and parts or supply chain delays can take time. We called Impact Appliance Repair when our KitchenAid microwave/oven combo lost all power. They…read moresent Roger who quickly determined the unit was fine therefore it had to be the electrical connection or feed. He was right - it was the electrical connection in the wall behind the combo unit. When we remodeled our kitchen the electrician contracted by the cabinet installer did a less-than-professional job of connecting our unit (connected the aluminum conductor in our house to copper wire in the unit with just a wire nut). The connection eventually shorted out. Roger is a true professional. His troubleshooting enabled our electrician to zero in on the problem and quickly fix it. While here Roger took advantage of the fact the combo unit was completely removed from the wall to fix a burned out bulb in the microwave. The knowledge, care, and courtesy Roger exhibited added value to his reasonable bill for the house call.
